I would HIGHLY recommend this company. In Spring of 2018, my husband and I determined it was time for us to buy a second home. We currently reside in the New Jersey/ New York area. It was very important that we worked with a company that could assist us from out of time. We needed a company that would listen to our needs and do the pre-work to have homes identified that aligned with our unique needs prior to flying down to Georgia. We arranged a 3 day stay in Georgia and flew down to connect with our agent (Susan Phillips). She did a remarkable job with researching and planning, prior to our arrival. There were over 20 cabins identified that met our needs, all appointments were pre-set. She was extremely professional and patient, as we spent FULL 8-hour days viewing homes during our time in town. Based upon listening to our needs, Susan found us the ‘PERFECT’ second home. While out of town, Susan helped us set up the necessary inspections and all required things that led to closing. Our closing transaction was seamless. She also supported us buying the LOT next to our home.

Our relationship has since continued and she continues to go above and beyond. She even supported us in becoming familiar with the Blue Ridge community, referring and sharing info for almost anything we asked – local restaurants, local banks, cleaners ..the list goes on and on. Not only did she assist my family in finding the perfect second home, she was a part of the reason that Blue Ridge now feels like HOME.

We contacted Susan Philips and she was very responsive from day 1. She answered the hundreds of questions that we had and explained the process of buying a house so thoroughly!
