My go to smoke shop in New Richmond! I recently moved to the area. I had visited other stores with similar products but once I found this place, I haven’t brought my business anywhere else! They have the best prices in town and the variety of everything they have is perfect in my opinion! You could easily spend an hour just looking at all the products they have! Not to mention, the customer service is amazing. Once you walk in the door, at least one employee has their full attention on you to help with any questions you have and make sure you leave the store with exactly what you were looking for! The staff is extremely nice and I have never had a bad experience! They will continue to be the only smoke shop I will give my business to in New Richmond. They are also open 365 days a year so you never have to worry if they are closed on holidays! As a bonus, they have a rewards system that customers can sign up for to save money on future purchases! 10/10 store. I would recommend...

Never again, My Dabs were dry and old when I brought them home clearly expired dark red in color almost a blackish red and they wouldn't replace or refund them. Spent about 20 minutes in store had some conversations with the dude working there. Talking about a 200mg drink he thought it was hilarious an older customer came back and complained about having to go to the hospital cause it was to much. I picked up a drink that was also 6 months past expiration. I picked up some flower as well and the dude grabs a plastic sandwich bag and throws his grime hands in the jar and pulls out a 8th for me defiantly wiped his nose with his hands a few time while walking around the store for 20 minutes.... I was just thrown back by his comments and lack of education and care. There are way better places in town with extremely knowledgeable staff or non expired products. Its a typical middle eastern...

My brother bought a cigarette roller here on Friday November 15, 10 minutes later he realized he bought an electric one and wanted a manual one. Took it right back within 20 minutes of purchasing. The person working refused to give a refund or exchange it. Employee said absolutely no returns and was posted on the door. Now I can see no returns for a lot of products there, but a cigarette roller that cost $90??? Should be told before purchase they don’t refund or exchange and put a big sign up to see, not little writing on a door! Not a very good practice for a business!!!
