I’d leave zero if I could. I was treated with extreme disrespect on more than one occasion . After I had expressed that I was already in immense amounts of pain the girl who was working with me continued to slip with the pliers and repeatedly stab into my gums at the back of my mouth, it felt like she was scraping against the bone. Over and over again without any regard to the fact I was telling her to stop. I was scheduled for a 40 minute appointment that took an hour and a half. This has happened multiple times, where the person has missed the wire with a wire cutter and got my gums or slipped with a pliers. Staff does not operate in a timely matter. There is no way I will ever be considering...

Although most of the staff were very friendly and accommodating, I overall had a bad experience. When I got my braces on I was told 2-3 years overall time. I did not get my braces off for 4 1/2 years. Also I had a herbst appliance for a 1 year + to “fix” my bite. I just went to the dentist now a year later even when I have worn my retainer as told my bite has a slight cross bite once again. We have enjoyed the kind staff and the special attention given young children when they visit. My son is 8 and needs another 4 teeth removed in preparation of future steps.
