We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Pink Flamingo at Petals in NSB! The flowers for our wedding were truly more beautiful than we could have ever dreamed. Every bouquet, and lei detail was crafted with such care and artistry—it felt like something out of a magazine.

What really stood out was her incredible communication throughout the entire planning process. Angela was responsive, thoughtful, and always quick to answer any questions we had. When a shipment of flowers didn’t arrive as expected (which can happen!), she handled the situation with total grace and professionalism. Her suggestions to pivot turned out to be even better than our original plan—we were absolutely blown away.

Today was my mother's birthday. The flowers I ordered and paid for from Pink Flamingo at Petals on August 26 (10 days before today) were not delivered. I would not recommend entrusting Pink Flamingo at Petals with your money or a flower delivery you are counting on unless you want the person you care about to be disappointed or go without recognition on a day when they deserve to be celebrated.

For more information, the driver did not use the call button beside the visitor's gate for an attendant to let her in. I have never encountered this issue with anyone making a delivery in the past, or myself, as a visitor to the neighborhood. The flower shop is cute the way it looks is how an ideal flower shop should look. The customer service is poor one of the employees is just completely rude ...1 of those know-it-all types and doesn't let you finish talking or asking the question you're trying to ask before she starts over talking you and if she would have waited she would've known the question the question I was trying to ask and then she would've realized the response she gave me had nothing to do with what I was even trying to ask her!
