Visited the store in person, ordered a sectional online in the beginning of February. Never received email confirmation or purchase. Was told over the phone my purchase would be delivered on the 3rd of March and I would receive an email confirmation before it shipped. Never happened. I call to find out the problem and am told the item is on back order and that it may take two more to be delivered. When I expressed my disappointment in the customer service, I was told they didn't feel like dealing with me and would issue me a refund. Days later still no refund.. A few days after our set arrived, I noticed an issue with a chair, which I might add had nothing to do with his company. I called Emilio and without hesitation, took care of it- NO QUESTIONS ASKED!
