BoxDrop Mattress & Furniture Carlisle, PA — Hotel in North Middleton Township

I recently moved back to Pennsylvania with no furniture, a mattress was my first priority. I did lots of research before moving back and found BoxDrop. I called in about a week before my move to see if I needed to pay in advance and spoke with Paul the owner, very welcoming on the phone. I was assured they get inventory regularly. When I arrived into town I headed straight to the store and spoke with Matt. I was not pressured into buying anything and there were many options, I found a mattress, good quality for a fair price. I picked it up when I was available and was able to load it right into my sedan, as it was rolled up, so I skipped delivery fees, though delivery fees were very reasonable as well. I chose Acima to pay for my mattress, there may have been some miscommunication as I was told I would have 90-days to pay off the mattress with no additional fees, but a week later I paid the mattress off. BoxDrop sold it to my for $475, but I had to pay Acima $583 after all of the application fees and early pay-off fees. I spoke with Acima on the phone, definitely will not be using Acima again. Paul is good to work with,man of his word. We bought a mattress of great quality and it is so great to sleep comfortably and not wake up with a sore back. He is knowledgeable with his products and will explain the options and yes he allows you to lay on them to see what is comfortable. No pressure sales which is always a bonus!! We had a little issue with our mattress upon bringing it home, but Paul worked with us to get a replacement mattress and this is why I say he is a man of his word. He kept in contact through the time it took to get a new one in and kept us updated! New one is here and good to go! I would recommend this place! don't let the location discourage you. Great experience! Great prices! Great people All around great didint feel pressure or attacked into making a deal was checked on enough that it never really felt like I was bothered while checking stuff out and when I asked about pricing they gave me a even better price

Love are new sofa set for are new home! Came in multiple boxes and even tho the assembly book didn’t actually tell you how everything seemed pretty self explanatory and easy to assemble but they do offer a service for 200$! “That’s a great price IMHO” Were they will deliver and assemble all
