We stayed at 2/2 Bamboo 2 with 4 adults. I don't have enough words in my vocabulary to explain how truly astounding this place was. We could only enjoy 2 days there because it was booked solid and for good reason! Not only was the home cozy, comfortable and beautiful but the hospitality was second to none. The location was perfect; right across from Hukilau Marketplace which we enjoyed for evening shopping and live entertainment. We went to Ken's Fish Market and bought the freshest fish and shrimp we've ever had and prepared a great meal at the bungalow. We stopped at the street vendor and grabed Otai to put on our french toast we prepared the next day (I may never use syrup again). Stepping out into the oasis of a backyard with the ocean right there made us feel like we had the island to ourselves. If you visit Oahu and only stay in Waikiki, you will be doing yourself a disservice.

This place is perfect! The sunrises right out the patio, the manicured gardens, the hammock on the covered community patio, the silky sheets, the cleanliness, the access to washer and dryer, check in and check out is so easy, the list goes on! It was the nicest beach we experienced and there's tons of fun finds of coral and driftwood that washes up. There's towels, fins, snorkel gear, sand toys, boogie boards, a hose to clean up for all the ocean fun. You have the beach to yourself so you can soak up the calm relaxing Hawaii experience. The owner ray is super friendly and helpful and great to chat with. This is hands down my favorite stay!

This is the perfect North Shore home. The property is gardened, including 2 koi ponds and fountains. There's a beautiful area to barbecue. The beach is perfect. They have flippers and snorkels and masks you can borrow. There were tons of turtles, and it even comes with friendly cats!

we had the ocean sun. better than a 3 not better than a 4, the location is really good, free parking included.

know that it is a very windy region of the island (hence its name windward) so the back terrace is superb but with the wind not to relaxing. in addition, the neighbors had to pass on our terrace location to reach their terrace from the outside, which was very painful. try to relax with people who are constantly coming and going out and if they are also outside, there is little privacy and knowing that we were on a honeymoon that bothers me.

the terrace which is shared on the garden is great for watching the stars.

the beach is swimming but several rocks, so water shoes necessary. I love the sea but I didn't swim given the corals and the strong wind. They provide sharable chair for beach

for housing, air conditioning was a very important criteria for me, and it is really all wrong in this housing. it is in the kitchen so almost no air goes to the bedroom and the kitchen becomes cold and the access to the terrace just next to the air conditioning is odd it was 26 in the bedroom... So did not sleep well. we didn't have enough toilet paper for the stay (I didn't try to join the property just been to buy some) the quantity of towels was not enough and pretty old, beach towels was good.

in short the descriptions of the place gave me a lot of expectation for my honeymoon, and it was not filled because of some details that matter a lot to me. there was a huge centripetal in the wardrobe on the 3rd day in the wardrobe that I have no idea how it got there, it kind of freaky me out knowing that the doors were always closed.

So, beautiful gardens and a superb view from this place (it's super beautiful and very well maintained, so the day of maintenance going to visit things does not stay on site), condos are spacious and really great emplacement for the north shore and the east.

In my opinion expensive for what you get and the lack of privacy and air conditioning are weakness, but still a great option in the area of...

Your private beach is very rocky. Great to look out over water, but not for little kids. We stayed in Papaya suite and the outlets would go off and on all the time. Very hard to charge phones. Manager came and checked and said must be all our cords. Got home and they worked fine. The laundry is great, uses no soap, (bonus),location is great.outdoor bathroom awesome, it’s really a very nice setup. Would give 5 stars but for the charging phone problem. Had kitchen utensils, ice in freezer, air conditioner, management is very friendly. Walk across street, PCC, 15 minutes to north shore beaches. Just over an hour from airport, location again awesome. Beds and pillows very comfortable, had regular towels and beach towels for us. Had snorkels and chairs we used. Quiet, private. Neighbors raise chickens and you could hear them, but it wasn’t loud enough to be a bother. Need a rental car! Regular tours won’t come pick up at location. We used a private tour company to come get us to do an island tour with Pearl Harbor Arizona tour and that was awesome. Used a rental to get us everywhere else. PCC had food trucks and different food vendors, shopping so that was great. Must stop at Lenard’s food truck for malasads, PCC ones not as good. We liked Fumi’s shrimp truck better than Giovanni’s. teds bakery was great. Visit sea glass jewelry store just past Fumi’s. Awesome pieces and cheap souvenirs next door. Three tables beach saw 4 turles I. The water, great for snorkeling. Bring water shoes as north shore beaches all have rocks. Not like Waikiki beaches at all. Again we would stay there again if we ever go back to Hawaii:). Had a wonderful mom and...

A magical place with an amazing view. Getting up early enjoying the sunrise with a cup of coffee on the terrace while listening to the sound of the waves. There is even direct beach access in front of the house and they provide free outdoor gear to their guests. The owners Azlina and Raymond are very nice and helpful – you really get the feeling you can get help with anything – that´s not very common. Also we really like that they make their own organic soap, laundry detergent, dish soap, shampoo etc. Also, they provided us with an initial set of kitchen supplies, paper towels, toilet paper, towels, coffee and the premise provides two washing machines and dryers, which may be used free of charge. You shouldn´t really expect a villa but you’ll get a beautiful beach home in which you can see that the owners have put a lot of love in creating it. It´s a bit smaller than we thought and we couldn´t really unpack due to missing storage space – but that didn´t matter at all. We loved it in there and would come back any time. Thanks for this...
