Mountain Beauty — Hotel in Oakhurst

I would not recommend dealing with this incompetent company who bills you twice, then takes their sweet time issuing the refund, then have the audacity to call and said that you haven't paid.

I had a reservation from June 19th-21st. I noticed that the company had billed me twice for one booking. I emailed them May 28th with my credit card statements, and again on June 7th, and after two weeks they finally refunded me on June 11th.

Then on August 28th (3 months later), they called me to inform me that I haven't actually paid them since they refunded me twice.

I had to email them the credit card statements again with the statement that shows that billed me twice and refunded me once. Since this was an international credit card, I was hit with foreign transaction fees, both ways. This isn't cheap considering how much a night's stay cost here. Now they have gone silent on me without a single apology for this debacle.

Very nice small apartment with kitchen and everything you need (even a large TV). There is a small table with chairs outside of the house - nice to have breakfast and dinner there. Unfortunately the Wifi had no internet connection (was useless) and since there was no hp network (t-mobile) available we could not request for help with that. Price is reasonable if you stay a few days (for us it was quite expensive since we had only one night and the post cleaning service is abt the same as the rental fee).
