Yosemite Grand Winter Wonderland — Hotel in Oakhurst

We booked a vacation through air bnb and the night before our trip we had a really bad car accident, and unfortunately one of our family members was badly injured and hospitalized. We couldn’t make the trip and needed to cancel. We wrote a nice email explaining our situation. With a video of the accident for proof. They were so rude about it and would not return our money. We asked if they can at least give as half of it back as she still had enough time to rebook it. They wouldn’t make an exception even under these very unfortunate circumstances. The service is so bad I would not recommend dealing with them at all. Where there is no heart there is no fun and blessing.
