Mattress Firm Clearance Center West Colonia Drive — Hotel in Ocoee

Bought a new mattress on Friday and they said they would deliver it on Saturday. We live right next to them in the apartment complex to the west. They delivered a used damaged mattress and I did not accept it. This was after waiting from 8am-12pm. I immediately went and described what happened and that we needed it asap for our daughter. They verified we brought a new one and said they couldn't deliver it on Saturday. They assured us that the could schedule another delivery for Sunday feom 6pm-9pm. I waited here from 530pm-9pm. No one showed up or even tried calling me.

We bought a mattress from them a couple years ago and had the same issue except they kept delivering damaged mattresses and we would not accept them. It took them four times before we got an undamaged mattress. I will not be buying from this mattress retailer every again. Worst experience I've had buying...

After being stabbed in the hind end by a wayward spring I decided it was time for a new mattress. Thanks to google maps I was able to find a store nearby called MattressFirm. In the store Xavier was very helpful in finding just what I wanted. I opted for the "gold service" at an extra fee to have the old mattress and springs removed and carted away in the same truck in which the new one arrived. Most impressive was the web site tracking system and an automated phone calls informing me of the date and time, within a two hour window , of when delivery would be made. On the day it arrived I got another call saying it would be delivered in 10 minutes. The crew was very polite and arrived on time right in the center of the expected window. Pandemic precautions were in place including sterile foot wear. Everything went as planned with no surprises. ...

My partner and I came here looking for a mattress we could take home immediately. We had been looking at online options because they were a cheap alternative but due to my back, we wanted it sooner.

Rolf was the Sleep Expert on staff and he is amazing. He walked us through everything, gave us time to talk to each other and deliberate amongst ourselves about all the mattresses. It never felt like he was pushing us towards expensive mattresses and respected our criteria for what we wanted.
