To preface, Olive Garden isn’t my first pick for a restaurant. However, it was always a favorite of my parents because of the entrees always including soup and salad. My Mother suggested we go today and I agreed as I had an email for a free dessert for my birthday anyways. It’s unfortunate that this location quality has gone down so quickly. From the get-go, it felt like the server Shavonni didn’t understand my mom very well. My mom wanted paper napkins and I also tried to express that the eating utensils did not feel clean and wanted new ones. This lack of understanding led to her just bringing us plastic silverware instead and just leaving. She brought the soup and salad but never brought breadsticks. On top of the fact that soup and salad portions were also rather lackluster (the soup being mostly tomatoes and my salad being mostly croutons). So overall the service left a lot to be desired. I requested to speak with a manager. Emma assisted with the situation and I ultimately just felt like taking our food home instead of staying any longer. Emma offered a complimentary dessert and stated I can always use my birthday email another time. She was very kind and patient with us. We brought everything home and the supposedly “fresh” salad was clearly not as it was full of brown lettuce that I had to sort through before serving. My mom also had ordered Chicken and shrimp carbonara but with fettuccine instead of spaghetti. However it was very evident that it was Alfredo sauce and incredibly bland. I only wish to provide feedback as I know that it will improve any future experiences. But as of today, it is most definitely our last time coming to an Olive Garden.

Before this visit, I hadn't been to an Olive garden in almost 10 years. Let's just say a decade ago or so I didn't have the best experiences anytime I would go to Olive garden, so I finally just decided that their food was overpriced and their service not worth it. Fast forward to now. Ironically, my boyfriend and I weren't even expecting to go to Olive garden, we were planning on going to a different, nearby restaurant, but at the last moment decided to turn into Olive Garden on a whim. I'm so glad we did! We were sat in a booth near the bar, and I was blessed with our server named Matt. Matt was attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable, how do I refills, we're pleased with the food, and more. The customer service that Matt showed, combined with the pleasantly surprising upgrade in the quality of the food, sealed the deal for me and completely changed my perspective! I no longer feel like Olive garden is too expensive, in fact, I feel like I got a very very good deal for my money! They're unlimited first course combined with the portion sizes of the meal itself combined with the size of the desserts and the unlimited refill on a vast majority of drinks makes this place a no-brainer for dinner options! The atmosphere was also pleasant, and the manager came to check on us part way through the meal to make sure that we were enjoying everything and to see if there was anything that they could do. Service, TOP NOTCH. Food, delicious. Quality for price, very high. Thank you Olive Garden, staff, and especially Matt! We will be back.

Sat at the bar order the chicken carbonara with eggplant. My dinner came out with chicken and shrimp. Instead of the chef remaking my dish the simply picked the shrimp out and did a poor job of wiping the plate to make it look clean. I ask for well done bread when I first sat down 25 minutes later and after having slightly done bread the bartender/ waiter said he was fixing some more bread sticks. I’m now at 42 minutes watching breadsticks go past me. The manager asked how things were ( Can I be honest please so I asked for the chicken carbonara came out with shrimp. They picked the shrimp out instead of just remake it now if I had an allergy to shrimp this would have been bad. yeah, that was just disappointing. You can tell because the way they tried to clean the place up around here but they just had to pick it out. At 7:44 the manager came out with some well done bread and spoke with me about the previous comment. Justin the manager spoke with me and advised the team as to how to handle the situation in the future, for this reason Olive Garden gets 5 stars. We all should be learning daily. Thank you Justin!

The food here was very good. We’re seated and ordered drinks. Very nice. Then we ordered dinner. We received our soup an asked for breadsticks. They will be right here is a moment. Now we are almost done soup and still no bread sticks. Husband asked for a second soup, and never received it. Then the entry is here. And still no bread sticks. We were told they are waiting for us. Okay. Husband said I never got my soup, and was told you can take it to go. Almost through our dinner and still no breadsticks. When asked to go check Bianca said I’m quite busy and every time I go back to the kitchen someone has taken your breadsticks. We watched as Bianca went to complain about us to the manager. My son asked for a second beer. And 15 minutes later it’s still not there. When he reminder her, she said it wasn’t up when I went over to the bar. As we are talking and waiting for his beer, Bianca brings it with the bill and there are 3 beers on the bill. When questioned, my son was told I’ll go get you another. You just brought this one and I don’t drink 3 beers. Please take it off. Now Bianca goes to complain again to the manager right on the other side of our booth. Where we can hear her. At this point there are 2 managers. One manager comes over and asked if we wanted the beer taken off and we said yes. Husband didn’t drink his tea because of a bad taste. Do he told the manager at that time. Manager said I’ll bring another. We said no thanks as we are leaving. So now all is done. We get up and I’m the last one away from the booth and Bianca stops me to tell me if that’s my husband that he is extremely rude. I asked in what way a was told he asked me to go check on the breadsticks. I said he asked because our dinner was almost over and we still never got them. So she proceeded to tell me that she was very busy and didn’t appreciate the way she was treated. I told her we didn’t get the soup he asked for and so late with the breadsticks, and I was told he could have asked to take the soup and breadsticks home. I told her I paid the bill and he didn’t want me to give a tip, but I’m not like that. I was told I don’t care about your tip. I said ok, but it’s all over and done with and walked outside. I’m not confrontational. And as I start outside my son (who is 50) Said what’s going on. So I told him she was confronting me. Let’s just forget it. We are outside saying goodbye, when Bianca comes outside to start again. None of us raised our voices and said thank you each time something was brought. I’m not sure what this young ladies day had been like or what’s happening on her private life. However she totally ruined our birthday dinner, and left me with extreme anxiety, as I said I’m not...

Well were do I start. This restaurant is nasty and rude. This restaurant microwaves their food and doesn't use real meat. It starts from the top the leadership. I will never go back to this restaurant. The general manager Alonzo. I went there last night after speaking with Alonzo I stated to him that I will be back on Friday and he stated I will take care of you. Well that's not what happened. The manger that was on duty was so rude and disrespectful. She stated that Alonzo sent me a gift card. I stated to her that he never sent me a gift card. This lady manger had me to pull up my email to show her that I never got an gift card from Alonzo. This manger even had me to show her my spam email now this went on for about 45 minutes. This manger stated to me that she spoke to Alonzo just a minute ago and he sent it to my email. I never felt so embarrassed and treated me like I was a criminal. Kate my waitress was right there when the manager was speaking to me. Kate was so surprised that the manager was speaking to me in that way. I will never go back to this restaurant. If I could I wouldn't even give them a half star. The food is not up to par anymore. This manger last night when I tell you she was rude and nasty. I am tell everyone please do not go to this restaurant. The company needs another leader. I want to speak with Alonzo's manger. I want to asked him what did you see if him? Is he who you want to be the face of Olive Garden? I will let everyone know how the management treats their customers. I am so disappointed and hurt that they will treat me like this. I got there at 7:00 p.m. I didn't leave till 9:15 p.m. The manger she kept someone coming out to make sure that I didn't leave. When I tell you I felt like a criminal it was so uncomfortable. I will never forgive Alonzo or that manger tgat was on duty. All of this because they messed up my order the steak was not correct tge mash potatoes were cold the chicken was not cook right and the appetizer didn't look like the picture on the menu. I really want to speak with the General Manager's Alonzo manager. I just want to ask why did you choose Alonzo, what made him stand out from anyone else, and you really want to trust him with Olive Garden name? I never want to see or meet him. I can't believe this happened to me. I felt so disappointed uncomfortable disrespected. I am writing this review to let everyone know how this restaurant is. This is my story and my truth. My family nor I will ever visit this...

It's an Olive Garden, I went in with low expectations, because I haven't seen good service at an olive garden since I was a boy. But.... Actually this was really good service.

So, lets start with the entry.... well they could do better here. No greating at all, they saw me and my wife walk up. Next thing I hear how many, I say two and the girl says "she will take you to your table". I guess that was my que, to follow someone, I saw 1 lady grabbing menus and decided to follow.

Ok so we get to the table. An that's where the service actually starts to get good. The lady was on-top of it from the jump. The serve was excellent she came back every few mins to check our cups and talk to my wife. They had a good conversation while she continually looked around the room. She had multitasking down to an art. Then she would rush off grab us more to drink, check our food brought back some dipping sauce for the bread sticks even before we has to ask. An then came back to my wife later still remembering where they left off on the conversation. She was PERFECT.

Salad: We asked for salad because my wife is craving salad and fruits since pregnant. Which was very good. So pluses all around for that.

Dinner: So, I told the server I would like alot of cheese for my entree. So when the food came out (which was hot and tasty by the way) she came back with a already fresh grated bowl of cheese just for me and gratted it over my wifes chicken parm. An it tasted amazing.

My daughter was happy with the crayons and mat they had and when my daughter chucked them playfully the server I guess saw that and brought another set. She loved the desserts thought that calmed her down.

This service started off bad from the door. But from the table it was over the top. An your server deserves a raise. I am sure she had photographic memory or something. If not she was a pro at the job she looked at most 21. But, she acted as if she had been doing this for a decade with confidence and ability. She carried this...
