My husband and I had an easy and enjoyable experience shopping for our new mattresses. I had a rough idea of what kind of mattresses I was looking for when we walked into the store. We were greeted right away by all the employees. Then a wonderful gentleman named Marvin stood up from sitting behind the counter and introduced himself. He told us about the Labor Day Sale that they are currently having, and then asked if there was any particular mattresses we were interested in. I told him the brand I was wanting and he showed me the way to that particular section. We laid down on a couple of mattresses to test them out. After that, I asked about a specific model in the brand we were looking at, and we headed to a corner of the store that had several twin mattresses standing upright. We proceeded to test the model I had had my eye on, and practically melted into the mattress I had chosen. When I made my selection, Marvin asked me what sizes I needed, and he went to check if they were in stock. Our overall experience was enjoyable, and we didn’t have any difficulty in getting what we needed. Martin was very professional yet friendly, easily conversed, and even joked around with us. When we asked him questions, he was quick to respond, and when I needed to make changes, he adjusted without issue or complaint. After our purchase, he explained everything we needed to know about where to pick up our order, and highlighted the important details needed for pick up. The other employees were also friendly and helpful with the other customers. It was clean and well organized with an open, friendly, and helpful environment. The whole experience left us feeling accomplished and excited about our new purchases. I definitely recommend buying your next mattress here, and will be returning when and if I need any mattresses...

I understand that there is a process on how a warranty claim works. when purchase a mattress that only lasts 6 months that is a little crazy. clarity of the warranty process would be great. I started the process with pictures and was approved. I called a store to see what i do from there. I was told i have to take the mattress to the warehouse. I drove to the warehouse and they told me that i would have to go to a store to get an order number. I didn't know it was just credit to exchange. I found a bed elsewhere because of the lack of quality in the mattress. So i drove to a store where they were kind and helpful. I got two beds for my sons with the money off in store credit. I left 20 bucks on credit because i didn't want this company to get more of my money because nothing is just 20 at this place. I have to say. This was just frustrating alll around. After talking with the sales associate and telling him of my problem, he recommended that I file a warranty claim with Tempurpedic. He stated that he would like to sell me a new mattress, of course, but I should check to see if I qualified for a replacement. Sure enough, Tempurpedic claimed a fault with the bed and offered a replacement. However, the model I had was no longer manufactured, so I needed to visit a store to try out new bed options. We went back to this Mattress Firm location and the same sales associate was working. He recognized us and offered help. When we discussed that we were just trying out beds for a replacement, he still offered courteous and informative comments about the beds we were trying.
