First the cashier brought up how my daughter’s dad didn’t look Mexican, out of no where. Wait 10 minutes still didn’t have the cream cheese ragoons noticed they were not on the receipt. There was about 5 people in line who witnessed WENDY treating us like we are stupid and that they would be ready, we told her they were not on the receipt and she still looked at us like we are stupid and let alone correcting us when we accidentally said crab ragoons and she’s like we don’t have those you mean cream cheese ragoons but talking like we are 2, proceeded to say yes and a side of teriyaki she said you didn’t get it and I step in, because I see her talking to him like he’s dumb, and say we got the teriyaki chicken but we need a side of teriyaki sauce for the ragoons. She starts to get a attitude and rang up my daughters dad so I see her putting teriyaki chicken in a box and I’m like no a side of teriyaki sauce for the ragoons and she’s like no he said side of teriyaki and I’m like yes sauce and she’s like no he didn’t say and I’m like well he meant teriyaki sauce and she’s like so you don’t want the chicken even though he paid for it. The entire time talking like we are stupid and it is our fault. Rather than trying to make us happy she was rude, racist, and never tried to correct the issue. Never once said sorry instead just rolled her eyes and said here. Her name is Wendy. Not once did anyone apologize. This literally could have went different if she knew proper customer service. I know this is fast food but it’s not like she is a teenager who is learning, she is an adult who doesn’t know how to...
Read moreIt takes a lot for me to write a bad review. I genuinely believe a myriad of factors have to come in to play to make it a miserable enough experience to put energy into making a negative statement.
So know my sincere intent when I say this is a terrible Panda.
Just going by the 2 times I've been here. the wait has been incredibly long. This can always be excused if the food is fresh, which it is not. The staff have been very rude. This final time I went, the young man at the window opened it, held out his hand for my card, did not respond when I said hello, handed it back to me, closed the window again, and then after what felt like 30 minutes, but was more like 3-5, he opened the window, hands me the food, and then turns back to let the window slam.
I then proceeded to open the bag once I'd parked and see I have no fork or napkins, which was a big deal this time only because it was the one night I had to eat dinner on the road.
Getting to the final point, the food itself, the beef and broccoli is always under-cooked, the orange chicken tastes like somebody wrapped it in cardboard, and the lo-mein is TERRIBLE. This is coming from someone who loves Panda Express, and the kinda low-quality, but filling and fast way they can get you Chinese takeout.
So, I say the above things not because of an expectation of a gourmet meal, but because I know what Panda can taste like, and I'd like to recommend going to...
Read moreAs a trucker I've been to many different locations for Panda Express across the states, this one has the worst ordering process.
The lobby has been closed for many, many, many months. While other Panda locations have managed to stay safe and keep their lobbies open throughout the pandemic.
Another option to order is through Panda's native ordering service on their portal, but it's nearly non functioning. But even if you ordered online through their native service you wouldn't be able to pick it up as the lobby is closed.
So the literal only options to acquire food from this location is drive through or a food delivery app and they sit through the drive through and bring it to you.
As a trucker I've got no vehicle to go through the drive through and I not gonna door dash / uber eats some Panda a tenth of a mile from me.
Just an overall awful experience for people who can't use the drive through.
Panda is dope and has dope food, great and friendly employees every location I go to. I just dislike how this one does...
