July 3 5:32pm I went to this store because ups couldn’t deliver my package. I decided since I was already there I would go ahead and get my phone fixed. iPhone 6s kinda old but it’s still a great phone. It was beneficial to my pocket to just go ahead and fix the screen and battery because they quoted me $100 and 30 mins to fix mine. That night after the repair at this location the screen started turning grey. I would turn the screen off and back on and it was good for a bit. I work ALOT. I’m Maintnance at a local apartment complex. That Saturday July 8 the phone stopped charging all together. My work hours are the same as this stores hours and couldn’t make it in until the following Monday because they are closed Saturday and Sunday when I had off and wasn’t oncall. I had to get permission to leave property on company time to get this checked out because I am required to have a phone for emergency calls to take care of our residents in a timely mannor. I made an appointment for 10am Monday July 10th I explained what was going on and the young man responded “ usually when people are having problems they bring it back in”. Well I wish I had that opportunity but my work schedule prohibited that. He took my phone in the back. I waited in my truck. After some time he came out and said he checked it out. He proceeded to tell me he thinks it’s my mother board. Mhmm that’s funny how it was working better with the 80% battery and broken screen then when I left this store. I told him that they made a mistake somewhere and just needed them to fix it for me please. He took it in the back again. Again I waited for him to tell me the same thing. He told me to come back again when the other guy was in because he didn’t know what was going on. Well it’s July 31 today and still haven’t made it back to the store with the inconvenient store hours. I took it upon myself to look for myself because I’m no dummy. I took the screen off my phone since they never planned on fixing when they broke it. As soon as I opened it I already seen problems. There is missing screws a missing Metal plate. Reminder I am an untrained phone tech. I mess with with it for a few to see where everything goes and within 20 mins i have my phone back on and charging. What a waste of $100 because I had to still fix it myself. It would have only cost me about $40 or less if I had just done it from...

If your phone has been stolen PLEASE CHECK HERE FIRST! This business knowingly and willingly bought my phone that was stolen and disabled by find my iPhone to use for parts. When asked to see the camera footage at 5pm because they confirmed someone did come "try" to sell phone I was told that manager was gone and not responding to worker after he reached out after my initial call at 10am. Worker didn't offer to call owner while I was there AT ALL and questioned whether my find my location was accurate which I find ironic because my phone pinged 5 minutes a mile away after the worker had to "coincidentally " leave the store after being questioned, which led to me having to call the police. He took my callback number and information to pass to owner who could look at camera 2 weeks ago and yet to receive a call.

I was able to find the person who stole my phone and they admitted to selling the phone to the business for parts. I have no reason to lie and wouldn't review without facts. Nothing is needed, information has been passed to the authorities and just wanting to share my experience since I never received a follow up. I have gotten a few phones from there and never had any problems. Lately i gotten a phone from them and a few months later my battery said unknown and started dying and wouldn’t charge, it would run super hot and turn off during important calls. I went and told them about the problem, they said they put a new battery in… it was another fake battery that still doesn’t work.
