This was my first visit and probably my last. I ordered online and received confirmation time and location for curbside pickup. A couple of minutes later I received a phone call telling me that the order can’t be fulfilled until I confirm which location I was picking up from. (1st confusion). I called the store to confirm, even though I had already received confirmation through email. After confirming I gave an extra 10 minutes past pickup time. When I arrived, I called for curbside as instructed, three times and no answer. I went inside to pickup my order (2nd confusion), there wasn’t an order, they didn’t make it. He apologized and said that apparently they didn’t hear him confirm the order, but, the lady in front of me didn’t receive her order either. I asked how much longer it would take and he said 12 minutes. My thought was to just ask for a refund, but it wasn’t offered. I went and waited in my car for the order to be made. I called in 14 minutes for curbside pickup, was placed on hold. When my order was brought out to my car I opened the container (confusion #3), the chicken wings was not even close to crispy, I ordered extra crispy. The French fries were good, the French fries is what I ate. I couldn’t eat the chicken wings, they were not good at all. Not a very good experience and first impressions...

So I consider myself a pretty loyal customer, especially when it comes to good food places as I am a true foodie. The good here for the most part is excellent. However with that being said my last two visits were extremely disappointing and left something to be desired. People really nice but when u pay 14 for some food you want it to be consistent and you want it to feel like the first time. I ordered loaded blackened catfish and each time my order has gotten smaller. I went in and expressed that I ordered the blackened catfish with no crawfish extra shrimp. There were barely any shrimp in my order, instead of making the order right he asked the cook how many ounces of shrimp he had put on them he stated three ounces. SMH I was even further disturbed when I left and decided to to turn back around to take my good back and they wouldn’t answer the phone. Great food but I will never go back all because of two really poor experiences. Word to wise customers are important and their satisfaction should mean everything. I’m not sure what happened to the restaurant since the first time I ordered but it changed tremendously and I won’t visit again. Wow you lost a loyal customer from cheating them out of shrimp they paid for, most certainly hope it was worth it. You never know who...
