We used these guys because they where in a Remote location and close to the beach, all in all our experience was great we loved the set up and the owner was very friendly. The problem was with the ending experience, after we returned home they had charged my card over a hundred extra dollars for damaged and they also charge an 80 dollar cleaning fee. Before we left we cleaned the room up took the trash out and set the sheets in comforter on the floor so all they had to do was wipe stuff down and grab the laundry. There where 4 white towels and 4 white wash clothes which wasn't enough to begin with but that's beside the point, the towels we used supposedly would not come clean and all we done was take a shower with them, "white towels" which I have at home and tide and bleach will bring them clean. These guys charged 15 dollars a pieces for the towels, I'm a business owner myself and have several rental properties and I know there is no way that towel cost 15 dollars a piece also I know the tents probably only cost 7500 dollars to built so after 7 ppl staying for a week you start making a profit which Gulf shores will have a lot more ppl so these guys are gonna make a killing but unfortunately I was very unsatisfied with the extra charges I hope everyone enjoys there stay at this place but just watch out for extra charges for towels and bed sets when you leave and those things get pricey but these guys will most...

Absolutely fabulous experience!! If you are looking for a vacation in a "glamping tent" then choose Timberline!! Several locations to choose from, we stayed in Orange Beach location at Young Hideaway. Beds comfortable, clean and quality linens and pillows. Great shower and hot water. Keurig, fridge, #4 coffee pods available on arrival- buy the coffee pods you will not be disappointed. I took my own towels and wash cloth, however there were #4 towels, #2 washcloths and a makeup cloth-if you need it! Felt safe adn secure the entire time. The hammocks and fire pit are great for the late eve/night. Order you ebikes from Amberjack rentals- local family and they are great. they will deliver to your site and pick up. the road from the tents flows right into the Gulf Shores State Park, where you can easily spend 3-4 hours riding. We rode all the way into Gulf Shores and the beach. we ordered the travel coffee mugs as a souvenir RTIC brand which I love!!! You do not have any beach access except the state park or public beaches, which is ok, bikes are not charged a parking fee otherwise $10 for the entire day of parking per car. We are IHG award members and I almost thought to sto in the Hotel Indigo and ask about day use fee for the pool, but we kept ourselves busy with riding, and beach I will be back to this location and already looking at a Georgia location!!...

My first visit to Orange Beach Alabama, but definitely not my last. I've never been a camper, but I've always enjoyed the outdoors, so I was delighted to learn of the new glampsite that opened up on the Branyon Backcountry Trailhead. Timberline Glamping pulled out all the stops, and provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay complete with a fully functional bathroom, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a bed so comfortable that I contacted the host to inquire about the mattress and linens. There is so much to do in this fun little beach town that I'll have to return again to see it all. This location is perfect if you enjoy biking, fishing, hiking, wildlife, and of course, the beautiful Alabama beaches. There are also plenty of restaurants, shopping, ice cream shops, and bars just a stones throw away from the tents. The website is so well done, and booking is a breeze. The hosts were accommodating and offered plenty of recommendations on things to do and see in the area, as well as some fantastic restaurants. This may have been my first glamping experience, but it certainly won't be my last. Timberline is doing it right, and I cannot...

Update: Went down May 10 - May 12. Stayed in the same tent. Everything was great! Added a couple more pics to my December post. Went down 12/26 - 12/29. The tent was beautiful and clean. Comfy bed. Having an in tent bathroom/shower/sink was awesome!!! The shower head was great and instant hot water. Perfect location as it was right beside the state park's bike trail. Just hop on the bike and you are there! Fire ring with two benches. Picnic table. Parking beside your own tent. Heat/AC combo unit. Three additional fans. Ate at The Gulf, LuLus, Wolf Bay, Oyster House. Aliner Diner for breakfast and desert. Visited Fort Morgan. Great coffee shop within walking distance of the tent. Another great coffee shop inside The Lodge which we biked to. Only bad thing was the weather. We have stayed in the cabins in the park and The Lodge before. All are great, but my favorite was staying at the tent. We had tent #10 with the king bed. Was the farthest one in from the road. Will definitely be back!!!!

My son and I love camping and decided to stay here to give me a break from the chore of setting up camp/tent etc. This was perfect!!! It can geta little warm in the day but who stays in on vacation during the day? Just the excuse to get to the beach! It was so comfy and cool at night and the coffee in the morning was a bonus! A storm came through one night and it was so fun hearing the wild storm but the tent held up great! Not a drop of water inside! We even had some curious (probably hungry) bunnies and raccoons pay us a visit. Conveniently located in the state park and near water parks and beaches. We would love to stay here again!

Can’t say enough great things about our experience at @Timberline. We celebrated our anniversary here a few weeks ago and they made it a memorable one. Above and beyond to connect me with a local florist and set up the tent perfectly. Pictures don’t do this place justice. It’s easily accessible from the road but still with a secluded feel. Being that it is connected to Gulf State Park trails we biked multiple days seeing much of the park. The trails are well maintained, fun to ride through and easily accessible from the tent sites. Even got to see some gators. Overall perfect experience and we will be back!
