My son needed a mattress for college. Jose, at the Pacifica location, was friendly and helpful. He recognized that we weren’t wanting to spend too much on this mattress, and was able to find us the perfect mattress at a reasonable price. Jason, the store manager, went above and beyond in helping coordinate the recycling of the old mattress when there wasn’t room in the truck to take the box spring the day of delivery.
