Frontier Motor Lodge — Hotel in Painttown Community

The rooms are old and are in much need of electrical repair.Light switches don't work and many recepticals don't work, so carry a power strip and extension cords if you need a I phones etc charged. Plumbing has much to de desired,dripping facets that drip constantly and commodes valves that leak.Towels are good for washing cars.linens are old with cig.burns tears etc. Maid service Suck.Manager is Nice.Decent price and close to Casino is all this place has going for it.Hint, one of the very last motel to fill up in busy seasons, so if you see a no vacancy sign in front of this motel you got two choises sleep in your car in the parking deck at casino or go to the next town. For all its faults I have been there several times and very well acquainted with establishment.The last straw for me after a 8 day stay was during checkout I was trying to disspose of my trash I had accumulated due to lack of maid service ,some laundry man told me if I didn't hurry up he was going to call the law. My wife and I stayed here 1/29/12 and boy do I regret that! The rooms are decent size but they smell horrible! T.v reception is very poor and fuzzy on all Chan. The floor had mystery stains on them as well as the pillows. The worst part is NO HOT WATER! we stayed in room 113 and never had hot water over the 30 hours we stayed. When I told the front desk about it the response was " its Sunday its going to be hard to get a repair man out here ill have to take a look at it after you leave" stay away from this place if at all possible! The Frontier Motor Lodge is a true Oasis from the hustle and bustle of the Casino across the street. My girlfriend and I were staying at Harrah's all week until Labor Day weekend arrived and we got priced out. We crossed the street and found the Frontier, and met their amazing manager Tigger. Tigger set us up in a super clean, comfortable room right next to the pool (which is well maintained and has ample lounging area).
