Starbucks — Restaurant in Painttown Community

I spent the weekend up in Cherokee and both visits to the Starbucks in the Cherokee tower were the worst ever. I will not come back. I will walk all the way over to the mountain tower starbucks before I ever come back to this one. The whole staff needs training on how to make a caramel machiatto! Sunday i waited over 25 minutes for my cup of coffee only to have them try to remake it again because it was not a caramel machiatto. I ended up throwing my second cup away and walked all the way to the other side to get a cup of coffee. It was pure chaos Sunday around 12pm and everyone was complaining. The barista with the mustache needs an attitude adjustment and the manager should have been out front helping when it was so bad!!!! Truly a bad...

The food and beverage was delicious. The customer service was not good. There need to be a better solution to people getting their orders especially their coffee and latte. The food is freshly prepared, but their is a long way for the coffee and other drinks. When they are ready, all the drinks are on the counter together which causes other people to pick up other people’s drinks looking for their own.
