I have been delivering for DoorDash in this area for a year now, and this is one of the few establishments I genuinely dislike picking up orders from. Sometimes I still have to, either because the order is good or to maintain my rating. But honestly, it’s frustrating every time — they often show no respect for their own or others’ time, making drivers wait 10–15 minutes almost every single time. Today, I decided to give their pizza a try, and I honestly don’t understand who keeps ordering from here. There are so many better places with far superior pizza. The pizza here isn’t good, the establishment itself is poorly maintained, and the workers and the kitchen look dirty. Overall, I do not recommend this place. I sincerely hope that the management or owners will take action to improve the situation.

Never been here before, and tried my first time by ordering for delivery. Great big Stromboli came, delivery was on time.. but the salad I got and paid $10 for…. Was literally half a head of lettuce, not even cut up, just literally a head of lettuce.. with a small amount of toppings on top. Like, it least make the salad edible with a fork, I’m not going to over pay for a salad so I can cut it up at home by myself, and then use more of my own toppings to make a proper salad. Extremely disappointed, but the Stromboli and efficient delivery saved this review from being one stars. I can only imagine what this salad looked like if I had asked for them to not put the dressing on the side……………. Very bad first impression, but will try them again.

Their pizza is good, and usually I have no issue ordering. I wanted to order a soup, and I used one of the online services they use, Chow Now. I saw they have an option for cup or bowl, and I requested a bowl. When I went to pick up, it seems I got a cup size, and when I asked if it was a bowl size, the person I asked said that’s all we have. I feel as I paid double for the size, and it might not be the restaurant but the online service but I believe it should all be upsated to avoid a confusion like this. At least the soup was ok.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY THE ACTUAL OWNER!!!!!! My husband and I ordered grinders for pickup, mine a meatball and his an Italian. Picked up brought the, home and when seeing the size of the box they were in I thought that they gave us someone else’s order,I opened the container and to my surprise there was this disgusting, nasty looking su. b, and the same for the Italian sub. My meatball had 4 little meatballs along with the cheese. Simply awful. These sandwiches were not cheap either. I call and wanted to speak with the owner and the man on the other end said he was the owner. I asked why the grinders were so small and had nothing on them, that I was very disappointed and dissatisfied with what he had given us. I explained that I have never in my life seen such poor looking grinders and wanted to return them for a refund. He became very, very negative and nasty towards me. He said this is how they are made and no one ever complained. Well, surprise, surprise there is always a first time for everything. He continued to yell, which therefore, made me extremely angry and then additional words were exchanged until he then proceeded to hang up on me. I told him it would have been good business to correct the issue, yet he did not want to hear it. Shame on you for owning a business and have no regard for the patrons who come to your establishment or order pickup. I will never ever order anything from you and the word is out how...

The owner of this business is incredibly RUDE and OVERCHARGED US! He charged me $60 (dinner + tip) for 1 eggplant parm, 1 kid pasta w/butter and 2 cannoli. He quoted me $30 on the phone for the dinner and then charged me $50 plus the $10 cash tip I gave the driver. By the time the driver got here, it was already charged to my card and too late. I called the owner back after the driver left and he said he would give me the next order free. I called today, a month later, and ordered 2 pizzas and he wants to charge another $37 for ONE PIZZA of the two I ordered. I gave my phone to my husband and then can hear the owner yelling at my husband about giving us the lesser of the two pizzas for free. OVER CHARGING ME THE FIRST TIME WAS BAD ENOUGH AND BTW NOT LEGAL!! I could have disputed it on my Visa but I just took him at his word that he would make this right! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! This guy is a THIEF and the food is not worth the frittata on!!! We have been in NPB/PBG for 52 years and have NEVER seen any business in this area do anything like this! DON'T MAKE THE MISTAKE WE MADE!! The food was not even close to worth...

Big Apple Pizza & Pasta has become my ultimate lunch destination for its unbeatable slices of pizza.

Walking into the restaurant, you're immediately welcomed by the enticing aroma of pizza fresh from the oven, setting the stage for a delightful meal.

The ambiance here is casual and friendly, making it an ideal spot for both quick solo lunches and relaxed meals with coworkers.

The staff's efficiency and warmth add a personal touch to each visit, ensuring a pleasant dining experience every time.

The pizza selection caters to all preferences, from classic choices like Margherita and Pepperoni to the unique Big Apple Special. Each slice features a crispy crust, vibrant tomato sauce, and just the right amount of cheese, creating a harmonious blend of flavors. The consistency in quality is what truly sets Big Apple Pizza & Pasta apart; I've never been disappointed.

In short, Big Apple Pizza & Pasta is more than just a lunch spot; it's a place where quality, comfort, and hospitality meet, making every visit memorable.

If you're ever in the area, treat yourself to a slice (or two) - it's...
