I purchased a AMG SL 55 Mercedes-Benz over 160 days ago. I am still waiting to get the Title documentation from the dealership to lawfully register my car. I am begging for a solution. I would like a call or communication to find resolution so I can get the title. I am hoping that the dealership will act with integrity. At this point I have left multiple messages for GM Jeff Snyder with no call or communication back. I would like to get the attention of the owner, Jerry Johnson. Please help me resolve, get me my title so can lawfully register my car and be done with this nightmare experience and purchase. California dealers must transfer ownership and provide the title within 30 days of the sale. If not provided in 30 days, it is a violation of the California Vehicle Code § 4456 and § 5901 Please HELP….It’s been 60+ days for a $120k vehicle. My boyfriend and I stopped here to check out the MBZ boutique. There were two items I was interested in, but they didn’t have prices. I asked the parts desk lady who was rude and very disinterested in helping us. She had zero clue and told me the parts department would know. How about you give some customer service and go find the prices for me? We left feeling disgusted because the customer service was zero. If I could leave a zero star I would. After the rv mirror on my rental Merc. detached on the drive over fr. Phx, stopped here for reattachment help due to the alien mount. Service mngr. took it right in & had it fixed in minutes. Just a fantastic experience with the service dept. on a very busy Wed. morn. with no apptmnt. & no expectation of anything. Benz of PS made the world a better place if only for a day.
