We visit this Starbucks fairly often because of its location inside Vons grocery store. The drinks and snacks are consistently good. I don’t get coffee here as often as other nearby places because the prices are higher (as expected). Hence, the 4 stars.

Very rude service from the old barista man that was working August 3rd afternoon.. very disrespectful didn't greet me, didn't thank me .. when I asked him a couple questions about the coffee he was making he shrugged his shoulders and said I don't know..he showed that he was obligated to serve me.... Someone so rude should not be in customer service.. I sure hope someone from corporate talks to...

There seems to be NO TRAINING for the staff. 1st time the guys clearly going under with one order, waited 5 min then left last time same guy still struggling while the other person is having a great conversation with the check clerk from Vons. There was no order ahead of me, left again and...
