Walmart — Local services in Pecos

Customer service at this location is absolutely horrible. I've had issues here three times, all issues due to employees not knowing Walmart's policies and procedures, and just not wanting to help. Instead of them having to exert energy to fix a problem, they try to put the inconvenience on the customer. I've had to literally argue my rights as a customer (latest being with "Monica" / Coach/CSM) and go as far as pulling up corporate policy to show other CSM's in the past. I've had to deal with negative and rude attitudes, refuse to accept a gift card after clearly stating I wanted the cash back which was shown on my receipt that I paid, be humiliated in front of other customers due to the way the manager was speaking to me, and have had to stand and wait for unreasonable amounts of time while they ultimately do what should have done been done without issues in the first place. Absolutely ridiculous! The next closest Walmart is over 45 minutes away, so it's not like it's convenient to just go to a different location, and they know it. These associates really need to be trained better. I've never worked at a Walmart in my life and know their procedures and policies better than they do. Definitely not how it should be. So place is small like really really small so no matter at wat time you go during the day you will find yourself surrunded by a lot of people there will at least be anywhere around 150 people in tht store 50 of them in line of sending/receiving and changing checks. Its the worst walmart ive seen in my life and ive been in walmarts from all the way from chicago down to acapulco mexico and this is the most crowded one besides the fact that theirs only 2 cashiers open at a time having you wonder if u really need the basic things you need at home for which you will at least spend 30mins in line it l is rediculous to come here is way easier to stop by at a gas station honestly worst worst walmart ever they should make it bigger or at least take out the clothes section nobody takes anything either way but socks underwear and jackets xD u really dont need anything else its a waiste of space. You need water, toilet paper, milk, tooth brush or anything like tht? Go to stripes right next to it i promise you wont regret going to stripes you will how ever regret stoping at walmart. One nice older lady employee the rest were very rude no matter how polite you were and I had much problems with the language barrier of Spanish when I only speak English, some Cajun slang and of course my sweet secret heavenly prayer language from the Holy Spirit lol! True..any way I have proof of them allowing pan handlers that do not need the money post up outside but the truly homeless and hungry get booted off! This pains my husband whom I love dearly heart's. We also suggest if you have a law matter NEVER CALL PECOS POLICE DEPARTMENT AND COME ACROSS A FEMALE NAMED RUBY OR SERRANO! LONG STORY..
