The hotel reeks of pot and cigarette smoke as soon as you walk in. The doors have huge gaps, and the doors don't close well, so double-check your door closes all the way. We booked for free breakfast which isn't mich at all juat coffee and a muffin. The room has a kitchen but no dishes already and no coffee maker (you have to call to have those sent to the room). The lights flicker in the room, and one burnt out. The bathroom had no shampoo and conditioner. The beds were hard as a rock and a small blanket on top, not really big enough for two people. A truck was parked outside near our room that kept revving its engine for an hour as it sat in the parking space and whoever was above us started stomping around their room at 4am. Most annoying gross hotel stay and the poop outside near our car in front of the hotel was fitting for this place.

Stay away from this place it’s not that cheap to begin with and we got the room I went to the restroom there is no soap to wash your hands the trash can was full of trash which means they didn’t even bother cleaning it I saw a big cockroach in the rest room which means there’s more all over the place and the sink was so disgusting as you’ll see on the picture if you love yourself and your family don’t come here. And as I was going to checkout I saw some red stains on the wall I don’t know if someone got killed here or what but it looks like blood to me

Room is actually decent for the killer deal I got for a week$$$$$ 525$$$$$ can't beat that unless you mention no breakfast over priced vending machines 1 elevator. Staff unreachable lack of communication. pET friendly they are very professional but pet friendly which means clean house clean dog no messes best of both worlds. Bathroom was clean size was kinda small for their queen size 1 bed

First off, I’ve stayed at various ESA hotels across the country over the years with pretty good luck. Although, my stays at other ESA’s were positive ones this one was not. This particular hotel is run on the cheap. This particular trip wasn’t a leisurely type stay, We stayed 3 nights and 4 days. When we arrived at the hotel we were greeted by Kelly. She is a rockstar and the lone bright spot. Our first room had a moldy smell coming from under the sink. We called the front desk and they moved us to another room which seemed acceptable. The pillows weren’t adequate and were hard. The matttress was hard and uncomfortable. I noticed the sheets were splotchy and stained. We were also missing the comforter. The entry of our room had crumbs littered around and was generally unkept. The next day we brought it to the desk clerks attention that we would like 2 more pillows and the comforter. They informed us that pillows were not easily obtained and they would see what they could do. We really felt like this stay was lacking at this point so we called corporate and briefly spoke with them regarding some of the shortcomings of our stay including the missing comforter and desire for a couple more pillows and the crumbs etc. when we arrived that night we had no extra pillows or the comforter. We went downstairs and Nathan was working the desk. We asked for the pillows and comforter. He replied by saying, “Are you in 215?” We said yes and his response was, “Well, that’s the problem. We sent the manager upstairs and he said your room was clean. If you want another room we can move you.” We only went down for a couple of pillows and comforter. We said we wanted just the pillows and he said they didn’t have any and he would have to fetch them from another room. We said yes so he got an extra blanket and pillows from another room. What hotel doesn’t have extra pillows? Why is this so difficult? We also noticed a notice on our door telling us all the toilets in the place are being replaced on a two day span during the hours of 8 and 6pm. Ok, you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do, but this is a small annoyance. They hired a team of people to replace the toilets that was bare minimum. They did a good job but lacked the manpower to remove the toilets from the hall after the were changed. Literally, like 15 used toilets littered each hallway. It was disgusting having to do the slide down the halls to get to your room because of used a toilet obstacle course. You could barely walk by as it was extremely tight. They needed to hire a team to remove them as the changed the toilets but again it was cheaply done. To top it off near the end of our stay another guest was literally carrying his bed sheets to the front desk. He got down there and said, I’ve been asking for quite some time now for new sheets. Paul was working the desk. He checked the computer and said, I see you’ve requested house keeping change them before in my computer, but I can have housekeeping replace them. We left and don’t know how it ended, but it made me feel that they really don’t have extra linens and probably don’t often or ever change the bed linens. Gross. We paid our hard earned money for a substandard stay. I feel cheated out of my money and at least deserve a shirt that says “I survived ESA Deer Valley!...

When we arrived on August 24th and checked in we were assigned room 221. Upon walking into our room we discovered the bed was stripped and the old linens were wadded up in the chair next to the bed and there was some kind of food stuck to counter next to the stove. We asked for a new room and we were assigned 228. Room 228 had bee properly reset for new guests and we settled in. We have been here two weeks going on three and have only been able to get clean replacement towels for bath and kitchen ONE TIME. We did as instructed and placed our towels and such outside the door and waited for replacements WHICH DID NOT COME. I went to the front and asked about towels and was told they didnt have any but they were currently doing laundry and would get them to us as soon as they were available. When we still didnt have any towels the next day, I again approached the front desk (I would have called down but the phone in our room doesn't work) and was told the same thing as last time, they would bring them up when they had some. Two days later we still had not received any towels and we just went to the storage unit and got our own towels and have been using them. This morning when i went down stairs to talk to the front, the young man behind the counter was talking on the phone with out his face covered. I covered my face with my t-shirt when it was my turn to approach the desk and the young man covered his face when he got off the phone. While standing there a rather unpleasant man named Paul came over and gave me a mask even though my nose and mouth were fully covered. I laid the mask back down on the desk and the young man told me to keep it because they require masks to be worn. I pointed out to the young man that his sign says "FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED" and as i stood there two feet from the exact sign I was referencing the young man began to argue with me about what the sign said, and again told me "No, it does in fact specify masks." At which point I used the mask that was laid in front of me to point directly at the sign that said "FACE COVERINGS REQUIRED" and the young man told me covering my face with my shirt was unacceptable and i need to wear a mask. Remember, this is the SAME young man who was not covering his face at all when i approached the desk in the first place. I then went back to my room and pulled up the City of Phoenix website which CLEARLY states any type of fabric or cloth that covers the mouth and nose is considered a face covering even if it is home made out of the same type of material used to make clothing. It is not the responsibility of Paul or the young man at the desk to gauge weather my face covering meets the requirements set forth by the City of Phoenix, nor is it there responsibility to try and shame me into wearing what they consider appropriate.

It is now 10 months later. Last night at 3:30 in the morning our credit card was charged twice our normal weekly rate a day early and without permission to...
