Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Phoenix

My order was supposed to arrive in 40-60 minutes, it arrived two hours later. It arrived cold and incorrect. I ordered half pepperoni and half cheese. It came as fully pepperoni. And when I tried to call the restaurant multiple times, no one answered the phone. I had to then drive to the restaurant to make a complaint and ask for a refund. The manager on duty said they were busy and she was unable to answer the phones, and that they only have one delivery driver. Yet when I got there they were all standing around or doing things slowly, not rushing like most places do when they are busy. I had one guy deliver my food, but yet another driver who was not my delivery driver showed up during my complaint... So they had more than one at the time and she lied. I have never had an issue with Pizza Hut, not once, until last night. I will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again. I will order from somewhere else. I recommend anyone who wants decent pizza to do the same. I would give 0...

On Saturday October 16th I ordered 2 pizzas and they told me that my pizzas would take 45 to 60 minutes to arrive, two hours later I called asking what had happened with my order, they asked me for my information and they told me that they did not have an order under my name. I said it was ridiculous .... the lady didn't even try to apologize or fix the problem. I hang up the phone and I went to little caesars and 15 minutes after I got home with little caesars pizza the pizza from Pizza Hut arrived and I went out and told the driver about my call with the person and he said annoyed... Well here are your pizzas do you want it or not?? and obviously I said that I was not going to pay for a pizza that arrived 2 hours and 20 minutes later he turn around and left....this incident it not the first time, so is more than obvious that I'll never go back to order food in this place that have the WORST customer service I have ever...

This store has poor customer service and have a hard time with their employees telling the truth! I placed a order back on New Year's eve. Upon receipt of my order I paid $77.07 for. I received ice cold pizza, from a place that is 5 mins from my house. This was to feed children that had already waited a hour for the delivery. I called and spoke to a girl that told me, "my order would be credit by the store on the next order". On 1/9/2021, I called and was told my credit was only $50.00. Though angry for the fact I was told something different. I placed a order for $23.00 and was told the credit would remain until my next order. TODAY, I called to place a order for the balance of my credit and was told. NOPE NO CREDIT HERE.... no one could tell me why I was told different information or my the credit was taken away. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS...
