Burger King — Restaurant in Pleasantville

Story-time! Ordered two meals with french fries and I asked for sauce. I was advised that sauce was an extra cost there. I responded with surprise after I had already paid for the meals and put my card away I advised them that the other Burger Kings in the area do not charge for sauce. "Well, we charge extra here. Do you want it?" "I guess not! Haha" She hands me the bag and drinks. I drive to my destination and find that there is not even ketchup for the fries inside of the bag. Tried to call the manager there with the phone just ringing for more than a minute. If you have the choice, drive the extra couple of miles out of Pleasantville for the chance to be treated properly. Or go to Taco Bell or the Asian Market across the street – practically or even impractically anywhere else! 💁🏻‍♂️🥤🌯🌮🍜🍚 $1 tasty filled buns at Asian Market and a Vietnamese restaurant...

Burger King, for the most part will be Burger King. What separates them, in my opinion is the service, the freshness of the food and customer service. The food here was surprisingly good, the lettuce seems freah, along with the tomatoes, which isn't common. The drive-thru is a little slow, but no biggie, it was early, and I only saw two people working. I just wish that everyone handling the food wore gloves. The drive thru cashier wasn't handling the food per-se, but he had to put his hands in the bag to ensure the order was correct, which means his hands are digging around the food, although the sandwiches are wrapped, the fries aren't, and although he did that, I was still missing my chicken fries, but it wasn't a biggie, they were free for downloading the app. Other than that, it was a...

Ordered family bundle through DoorDash and my order was missing a fry, two Hershey pies and the sauces for the nuggets. Food was not taken by deliverer because bag was not tampered with upon delivery. I tried calling restaurant but no answer. Although it was purchased through DoorDash I still paid for a bundle. The associates need to pay attention to the orders to complete correctly. People pay money and do not receive what they order, that is a problem. If they are out of something then they are supposed to tell the driver so the driver can contact the customer. I also work for DoorDash and know how it goes.
