This was the greatest mattress buying experience ever in my life. Usually you get people who push you towards one brand or style or aren’t up front with aspects of buying a mattress. Not this place. The gentleman Steve who works here, if I could give him 10 stars I would. As soon as we walked into the store he greeted us and basically left us alone unless we had questions. So we explained to him what we were looking for and he asked some questions about our sleeping habits/positions to better understand our situation and to give better recommendations. He was upfront about the costs, he was upfront about each mattress we inquired about. He answered every question in detail. If you’re reading this and need/want a new mattress, go to this location. You won’t regret it. I know we don’t.
Edit: Went back because the mattress we picked out wasn’t working and Steve again was a godsend. We told him the issues with the new one and he worked with us for 2 hours explaining what he had and how it would help our issues. This store is the best around. He is the best around. It was 10 mins to closing and she did not mind taking the time to show us 3 different mattresses and help us decide which was the better bang for our buck! The second time we went in three gentlemen were there and all were lovely! Created warmly and really took an interest in trying to help us out! Tim was great! He helped us get a deal on delivery! We traveled many mattresses stores (bobs furniture, art van, discount furniture and even another mattresses firm) this store by far!! Was the best experience for buying 2 sets of mattresses! Read moreMy salesman John was fantastic. He asked me a few questions regarding my sleeping patterns & comfort. He immediately showed me the mattress that would fit my needs. I tried it out & I didn't have to look any further. I did have problems navigating the new system to apply for the credit card. John was very patient in assisting me. It did take three times before we were able to connect. My suggestion is for the company to make it easier for the customer to apply for the credit card. It has to be done on the customer's smartphone. What if the customer does not have a smart phone? There has to be a better way. John was the only employee there & there were other customers who came in while he was assisting me. He went far & beyond trying to be patient.
