Had to relate a story from our previous visit. We had ordered food in the drive-thru from Taco Bell and Pizza Hut. Elena (I think is how her name was spelled) took our order. She was very courteous and professional. Given the size of the order, she asked if we can pull out and wait at the front door which was not a problem at all. After 10 minutes go by, we did not receive our food. Elena walked up to our car and asked if we had our food delivered. We replied that we didn’t. She confirmed this and told us the manager insisted that our food was delivered. The manager was Rena. We drove around through the drive-thru again and when we got to the iwndow, Elena was there again, helplessly smiling and being polite while her manager was hiding out of view but within earshot. After loudly insisting we speak with the manager, Rena finally poked her head out. After confirmed with her that we didn’t have our food delivered and saying that she should review the camera if there was an issue, she rudely repeated “I’m making it now” three times before disappearing in the back again. Elena apologized for the miscommunication and the only reason that I’m not rating this a one-star is because her customer service was exceptional. My message to Rena is that you are THE team leader. Leader’s don’t hide from their customers especially when they’re right and you’re wrong. Take charge and resolve the problem, don’t hide behind your employee. You’re their manager, you represent the team and the business and hiding and being rude is not a good look. Elena as mentioned was exceptional. She should be a manager because of how she handled the whole situation. Again, I gave a three-star review because of how impressed we were with how she handled her team’s miscommunication.
EDIT: So after Rena insisted that she was making our order, we received the wrong pizza. Its our fault really…. It takes 10 minutes to bake a pizza and we received it in under 2 and we should have checked the order. Looks like Rena gave us someone else’s pizza to get rid of us. Great job Rena. Simply superb. Now its a 2-star. Sorry Elena.... you...
Read moreI really wish I could give it negative stars, literally the worst taco bell I've ever been to, to start I was the only person in the drive thru and had a mobile order placed, it literally took 8 minutes for me to get my food, that's when I knew I was about to get the worst Taco bell of my life, not sure if they were doing Fent or some kind of drugs back there while making my food but I wouldn't be surprised. Maybe they are just straight up stupid and naive because I ordered the fiesta potatoes with light sour cream, and I guess that means empty the container because I've never seen that much sour cream on something in my life. It literally looked like ice cream. They also put just a tiny sprinkle of beef on everything, not sure if they are trying to save the company money or something, maybe the owner is Mr. Krabs or the workers were just not looking at what they were making. Please shut this place down so people don't have to experience the worst restaurant in...
