Checked in Friday got in the room cigarette burned sheets, had to call down to the front desk to explain to them the situation. To be told to come get new sheets I ended up just buying some more. Saturday morning comes to waking up to go into the bathroom baby Roaches coming out had to kill them then sat on the chair in the room Roaches started coming from the bottom I called the Front Desk the older Black lady with a very bad attitude said I quote “We have people who come and spray once a month” “ There’s nothing I can do I’ll just informed management” “And you’ll just have to deal with it” mind you I asked if there was a possibility to move rooms she said take it up with management. I ended up just walking to the desk sat and waited for her to finish with the guest she had once he left she sat down and didn’t even Acknowledge me until she was ready mind you I sat there and just waited. When I had spoke with her and told her I was the room that called she Got hostile and irate started being very argumentative before I could even say anything then tells me to get out the office I am literally about to cry and had to call Choice customer service . Thank God, I did as she calls her manager, telling her Manager that I was doing god knows what while smiling at me Getting entertainment off of somebody else hurting. After getting off the phone with Choice and her in the background Being so nasty I leave just to go back upstairs to the room because we’re on vacation. Not even five minutes later a knock at the door Four police officers are trespassing us off the property and she’s telling them lies. This is the first time I even said anything to this woman was about switching rooms because of roaches. We had to sleep in our car to finish out our vacation because we were out of town. To see someone in hospitality and know that these people have your personal information is scary especially when you get to see the malicious intent behind that person on their face and their actions and words. DO NOT STAY HOTEL FRAUD WARNING !! They sit behind their desk, laughing at you this place is a scam. Because they know that they are infested with bugs and they are not gonna give your money back This place is a fraud. They will be shut down and I have contacted the health department. You look through the comments they have someone on here pretending that they will make things better for you they will not they will not fix anything. The property looks nothing like the photos . Filthy / ROACHES GALORE hood / the entrance tells you everything YOU NEED TO KNOW looks like a hotel trap ! Only reason I have two stars is because the guy at the desk was nice but couldn’t do much to help me except offer another room even thought the first room smelled of mold with stained musty carpet worn down cover NOT even a comforter gross then they introduced us to the roach special at first glance the room looked nice however moments later creepy crawly also while siting on the bit I get getting what felt like tiny bites management tries to avoid giving you a refund by stating you must wait until tomorrow I came here with my toddler and 11yr old no one slept because of the bugs They would not issue the refund which was needed to book somewhere else also this was a blind hotel pick big mistake

Do NOT GO YOU CANT EVEN UNPACK YOUR THINGS you and your children will be sick ! From disease carrying bugs

Honestly, I was terrified because of the reviews. I called to make sure I could check in after their office hours and the staff was polite on the phone, I got checked in and there’s a 100 deposit which is nothing new to me, idk what people are talking about in the reviews, I knew about it upon reserving my room. I got to the room and noticed there was a faint cigarette smell, but overall, the room was clean, no signs of roaches or bugs. Sheets and pillow cases were clean and fresh, the kitchenette is a bit outdated but nothing major. The bathtub/shower has wear and tear but again, nothing obscure. Ac works, WiFi works, it was quite through the night, you have your occasional noise that come through, but I’m on the bottom floor which again, noise it going to come through. There’s deadbolts and the standard hotel lock on the door for safety. Overall, room was clean, spacious and quiet. I have another two days here and I’m glad I booked this hotel for the price, it’s nice but nothing fancy. You do have a little basketball hoop in the parking lot for kids to plan, and there’s a little grill area for anyone...
