I will be honest! The apartments are nice. And costumer service was good. But this message is more for the manager, so here is my experience: I was excited for this new apartments first red flag was by doing my appointment online for a tour the website or anybody responded me back as a âcomplementaryâ email. So I didnât pay attention and I went ahead and arrived for the day schedule which there was my other flag the agent that was supposed to know that had an appointment with me just wasnât there on behalf another assistant was in charge really nice and did all she could in her hands except for allowing me to actually see the rooms not the show room, because she didnât have no keys neither deep information because for obvious reasons she wasnât the agent. Anyways I was patient and she called the agent apparently so the agent could touch base and send us information well that informationâ never came. Then the next day we decided to call and touch base well the assistant was the one that answered and told us that she did pass the information with the agent and that the agent told her that she did send us the information anyways. I was patient even though I think as a professional on costumer service you reach at least by email a greeting note or something. I let it go but then what happened was I was gonna apply online and the website just didnât respond so I cold and finally the agent responded she said busy etc⊠and that the new movements with managers has been a thing etc. so I was like okay Iâd like information never arrived no information not the input at all from the agent to the manager and not an effort at least to send the basic information that the agent knows cause she works there I understand there is part of manager stuff but the agent had the way to email us with basic information videos etc but nothing arrived so Iâm really disappointed because they scam you that when stuff say available nowâ itâs gonna be available when they want. If they are not ready then donât put it on the website and make people lose their time I think it was really cero professionalism primarily from the manager, then I think from the agent a bit. So that is...
Read moreWe moved here in May and we've been so impressed with this place!! We worked with Jamie during the move in process and she was extremely helpful and very down to earth! The premises and the building is kept very clean, and the amenities are super nice. The apartment itself is designed very nicely compared to similar layouts we've seen. Coming from an old apartment, I've been impressed with the lack of bugs as well. The valet trash has been top notch. Best of all, we had a couple AC issues recently that maintenance was totally on top of. Both times, we were provided a portable unit temporarily. The second time our AC started blowing hot air, we put in a request Saturday and an HVAC guy was at our apartment by Monday. For the sake of keeping it real, here's a couple things to keep in mind for those looking to move here: 1. This complex is on the part of Glenwood that is straight up oppressive for pedestrians! Not the complex's fault, but I hope this changes in the future. 2. Getting food/grocery delivered can be a bit of a pain if you don't give clear enough instructions, took me some trial and error to get it right. All packages need to be made to the delivery room at the office. We made the mistake of having Amazon same-day deliver to the apartment, do not do this! They'll drop off your package somewhere outside and you'll have to scavenge for it! 3. The area is already quite illuminated, but by 12:30 there's a whole extra set of lights that come on and the place is lit up like a football field. If you're sensitive like us, invest in some...
Read moreI moved into Conclave Glenwood in April of 2023. I signed a 15 month lease. I immediately regret this as I was offered a 1 month free incentive that I was told could be distributed throughout the term of my lease. When it came time to pay my first monthâs rent the entire credit was taken without any notice. When I reached to the leasing office they said there was nothing they could do. For the rest of my lease term I was stuck paying a higher rate than Iâd initially been told Iâd pay. Walls were super thin, could hear entire conversations from my neighbors. There were always strange fees on my account that needed to be addressed, right up until my move out statement where there was $40 left unaccounted for that the leasing office could explain or reimburse me for.y base rent was substantially higher than market value and they would not lower my renewal price, so I couldnât justify staying. Construction is cheap, my floors were constantly bubbling. No cameras on the exterior of the property for basic safety and the amenities and pool leave a lot to be desired.
Pros: The location was great and convenient to mostly everything. The maintenance and cleaning staff were amazing.
Cons: For the value, there are so many other apartment complexes in the area that will offer much higher end finishes, amenities and honor the credit they incentivize you to sign for. They will blame previous issues on former management but I wasnât impressed too with the new...
