Oak Park Shopping Center — Local services in Raleigh

The ice cream is so dang good, but be warned it's called "fresh" for a reason. I've had a few flavors, but the one that stuck out to me was the mint, because it's more like a mint extract than an artificial mint. I enjoyed it, but someone else might not, so that's something to think about. My fave restaurant is across the street so I come over for ice cream on occasion after. There's lots of parking, lots of flavors (including a pup cup) and the little seating are is so cute and relaxing. Quaint shopping center with a variety of shops. Parking is good. Great location. Convenient to other shopping centers and attractions. We walked across from another shopping center while waiting for our restaurant to open and it was easily walkable from one parking lot to the other. The other lot had a staircase to go up the hill in order to cross the road and get to the other. Well designed....

This was our second family event (Anniversary and now a Rehearsal dinner) that we hosted at Casa Carbone. Mike and his staff were excellent. The food was fantastic and the service was great. They have a back room that accommodates 65 and the price was reasonable including beer and wine.
