My daughter and I stayed here for a work trip. I thought it would be a good place as most Wyndham hotels are great! This one is not so much. I paid for 2 queens and got 2 twins. There was food in the fridge from the previous occupants, but we weren't hungry enough to eat someone's left overs. We decided to be nice and share it instead along with the nice black socks the previous occupants were so kind to leave behind for us, we decided the kind check in staff would like to hopefully keep it for them. Anywho the previous occupants may have collected cans as well? As they left us an empty can to share. Very thoughtful I may add! I'm sure the cleaning staff did the best they could do as it's a small town, and they were trying to keep up with business. I'm not trashing here! I'm showing that there really could be some good potential with a kind reviewer of numerous hotels. Keep working on your business! I have faith in you 😀 Now for some pictures.

The rooms are not clean and I would argue that the hotel itself is not secure. The back door does not even latch, let alone lock. The girl at the front desk claims it locks but they “leave the door open so the workers can get in at night”. I questioned if that wasn’t what the rooms keys were for (there is a room key pad on the outside of the building) and she advised the room keys were “only for the rooms”. The room itself is generally not clean and there was a small bag of weed left underneath my mattress. Inside of the microwave is gross. I’m only staying because I don’t see any signs of bed bugs and I’ve driven 200 miles to get here for work, luckily I’ll be here less than 12 hours.

Musty damp room, bed, warm body, freezing cold feet in damp sheets... rowdy neighbors at midnight but front desk talked to them and they listened... sink when you walk in was busted, cant pull the drain plug up, washed hands, water pooled. Bathroom tub metals are rusted a lot. It was a very ghetto room. Stains on ceiling. Obviously a post-smoking room that has a no smoking label on the door. The front desk guy was an angel but common the building ought to be bulldozed. Was waiting for a large invasive bug to scuttle across the floor... haven't yet... Also im sure they watch what you look at online. I get a "connection interrupted" wifi network error at times.

My friend and I checked into this small, drab, worn out hotel and were greeted by a completely dead and dried out plant in the lobby. Our room was worn but appeared reasonably clean. Came back later to get ready for bed. Friend sat on lower corner of her bed and the entire mattress flipped up and dumped her onto the floor. She hurt her wrist and knee. We had night staff person come to witness this unsafe situation and the young man claimed that”nothing like this had ever happened before.” He moved us to another room. There were two beds and they were very loud! Squeaky, groaning, protesting with every move. We got ready for bed and were settling down when a loud, violent frightening fight broke out in the room next door. We called 9-1-1 and the police arrived quickly and got the situation under control. Things quieted down and we were nodding off to sleep when there was a knock on the door. It was a police officer wanting additional information about the incident next door. Needless to say we got very little sleep. And we left exhausted. Company refuses to consider any recompense. Getting fake concern about her injuries. Running her in circles. Hard to believe this is a...

This place is disgusting and dirty. The "manager" is a thief with no customer service skills or compassion. It smells like stale mold and is infested. No wonder why it's rated for 2 stars with no employees. This place needs shut down and condemned. A hole in the wall is more sanitary to stay in than this place is. I definitely advise investing your stay and hard earned money else where. I've stayed at travel lodges else where and this location by far is the epitome of disgust. I refused to stay after the visual I got when stepping into the lobby and being told I'd be required to pay cash for attempting to check in early and now get refused a refund. Fairly certain this person would pocket the cash for himself cuz no place else would ever charge their customers to check in early. Awful experience? That's taking this synopsis lightly. Mind you this place was booked and refused within minutes of each event...
