Pizza Ranch is a chain of buffet restaurants that offer pizza, salad, soups, desserts and drinks for a set price, typically about $10 at lunch and $13 at dinner. The interiors are decorated in a old west style, and many of the pizza names carry the same theme, like "trailblazer." The pizza itself is fair - crusts are about par with a store-bought version, the sauce is a tad salty and cheese/toppings are what you might expect for an all-you-can-eat place. The same can be said for the salad bar; decent selection of items, but not out to win awards. Pizza Ranch also makes a point to support local teams and community events, and the staff is trained to be inviting and respectful. That certainly means something in...
Read moreThis place needs some help. We arrived around 7:15-7:30 and there was no variety of pizza. They had about 3 pepperoni pizzas, one meat pizza, nothing special. And none of the pizzas were labeled?? The place had no music playing (usually Christian music which I love). My point is, just because we are there later in evening, we paid the same as someone coming during your busy dinner time and we deserve the same kind of service and food available. There was chicken and finally some fresh potatoes brought out. Just very disappointed in the pizza and lack of variety. Bathrooms were also a mess, as were the main floor. This isnt the first time we have been here, but it may be our last. Redwood Falls Pizza Ranch needs to take some lessons from New Ulm or Marshall, MN...
Read moreWe found hair in a slice of pizza, the manager did exactly as he was supposed to and pulled the pizza off the line though and gave us a coupon for a free buffet. When we got there I realized I forgot to bring my rewards card with me and they looked it up but told me since I didn't have a physical copy of it with me they wouldn't apply my reward. As we we're getting ready to leave my boyfriend and boys went to use the bathroom. The soap dispenser fell off the wall and onto my 6 year old covering him in soap. When my boyfriend informed the manager he just said "oh". He didn't even check to make sure my son was okay. Luckily he was and the only thing that happened was him being entirely covered in soap. Will never go back to this pizza...
