Our water heater sprung a leak and water softener just wasn’t working anymore. We have had 3 softener systems in our house over the 10 year span we have lived in our home. We had a Kinetico system at our last home near Park Rapids and really loved it. Thought instead of wasting money on the units we had which nickel and dimed us, we would go with a tried and true system. Todd came in and did a great job explaining our water and what would need to be done to properly treat our water for our water appliances, fixtures, and drinking water. Linda did a great job getting a date set up and working through payment options. Dustin, Eric, and Jamie installed our water system and tankless heater. Due to existing plumbing and tight space to install the units, some troubleshooting took place. These gentlemen worked through the issues and did a fantastic job. Even taking care of some unforeseen items to complete the project properly. One thing we wish would have occurred is assistance with viewing and assisting with initial rebate submissions for the tankless water heater. Overall we are very happy with the system. I give 5 stars to Aquarius and all other employees for excellent work except Jym Elberling. He does his job right but needs to learn that he is working in a rural community full of farmers and farming related businesses. I respect that he has his own views and opinions on how “Us farmers are going to pay with our checkbooks for all the pollution we are putting in the soil and water because WE (meaning him and the government) are coming after us no matter what”. However there is no reason this subject needs to be brought up much less accusing me and all farmers we are the reason what is wrong with the world today,as the only job he was doing today is taking out our old system we had out of our old house we will be demoing. I have my opinions and beliefs also but do not force them down peoples throats in uncalled for manners. So yes in short I give 5 stars to Aquarius and all other employees there that I have dealt with as they are professional and extremely knowledgeable and good at their job. Nate and his Trainee where fine actually the guys are great. It’s the company that got a one star rating six years ago sold me an Hellenbrand iron curtain to take the rust out of the water don’t remember the exact cost but around $4000 of course five year warranty and this is the six year and the air pump etc is shot Magic Water was bought out Aquarius and are not a dealer for Hellenbrand any more and of course they can’t or won’t get parts for it. They did look up some parts on there iPad not sure what or where said parts would be around they wouldn’t say for sure but around 2 grand.
