I purchased a vehicle from weelborg Ford recently, and Rick was fantastic. The process was smooth and quick. The customer service was fantastic with Rick and with Nicole whom was relaying the vehicles info to me via email. Two weeks after I purchased the vehicle, some problems had come to light, and I was told to come in and get a loaner so the vehicle could get looked at. Upon arriving, I spoke to the mechanic about what was going on and he ran the codes to see what was going on. He explained that it would be best if a dodge dealer would look at it, but he also mentioned that the codes could ultimately lead to a major repair. I asked to speak to the owner, and was brought inside to speak to whom I thought was the owner. The gentleman was nice, but, he started to speak to me the way a psychologist would speak to a person, followed by a lot of beating around the bush and basically stating I purchased the vehicle as is and that there isn't anything they can do. Out of nowhere, I say to him that he pretty much f'd me over and proceeded to call him a P.O.S a few times. He then tells me to leave and he even held the door open for my family which was pretty mature on his part, after being called a P.O.S. Very immature on my part and I do apologize for that non sense. I would advise though for future situations like this, to get to the point without beating around the bush as well as trying to find a solution instead of pulling the well you did buy it as is card. I would like to clarify that I did know about the abs light which was fine, what I didn't know about was the check engine light and the major problems behind it. I would like to also mention, maybe plug in the scanner and have that knowledge known to the salesman before selling a vehicle. You know, so the customer who would be potentially purchasing that vehicle, has an insight on what's to come. That in itself would greatly help determine one's decision on purchasing a vehicle. After that chaotic day, I made a post on someone's live YouTube channel to go onto Weelborg ford's Google page and make a bad review on them. Turns out it worked, and four negative reviews were made that are not true, nor do I know these people who made the negative reviews. Do not let those four reviews steer you from coming to Weelborg Ford, because the folks here are really nice and helpful to say the least. Now after that, I actually found out the person I spoke to there, wasn't in fact the owner but rather the sales manager. Upon finding that out, I contacted the general manager via Facebook, and let me tell you, not all heros wear capes. I can say that I have never come across someone in the vehicle industry, who was so down to earth and understanding, than I have with Taylor. The man saved the day and went to bat for the little guy. Taylor had me come in and to chat about the incident and just life in general. He ended up getting the ok from the boss boss (A good man as well), and cut me a check for returning the vehicle. Weelborg should be proud to have such an outstanding human being on their team. So, I thank you Taylor, and the rest if Weelborg for taking care of not only me, but my...

Read moreTook car into Ford for timing chain under warranty. To start off the warranty company is a terrible one. They finished the car but it ran worse when they finished it and test drove it. They then said something was wrong with transfer case. Now mind you it went in driving smoothly. Never an issue till timing chain which we caught right away. Warranty then fought transfer case for 2 months. Now Sarah in service was really good. She did fight the warranty company amd did everything she could however we still lost. Why first they said it should have been done before we even had possession. Then like 3,000 miles after got it. Now we should have been informed. I was under the assumption when purchased and asked and they said everything had been gone over and done and serviced and all was good. We did oil changes every 3,000 miles even though it only really has to be done every 7,500. We always maintained and Ford had it 2x's and never mentioned a thing about the transfer case needing to get done. And all of a sudden it goes in running fine with exception of timing chain and comes out barely running. How all of a sudden in thier care. Does it go in driving fine and comes out not. Something is not right. Although I like Sarah in service and Katie in sales as I have purchased a few vehicles from her at other dealerships I won't be back to this one. Or any wheelborg. I feel they are not admitting to a mistake on thier part or something they did. It's just odd. I have purchased 4 vehicles at redwood auto sales with no warranty and no issues they were upfront. I have purchased from many other dealers with warranties no issues with the warranties and car always came back in great running shape. I am disappointed to say the least. I am not happy. I won't be doing business with them or helping them in anyway. I can nit stand behind this. They should make it right admit your wrong and make it right. I know this is not Sarah's fault. However buyer beware. Do your homework does not matter new or used. If you are going to purchase get records , read manual. Read fine print in warranty. Find out about the warranty company they are selling you. Are they reputable and easy to work with. Get everything they tell you in writing. Now we are stuck with something that was not acting this way when in for a timing chain now needs a transfer case Ford wants like close to 4900$ for. They care about the $ not the customer it seems. So I had a good review on here from some years ago but guess what this is the last straw. You will get good treatment from Sarah in service and Katie in sales but will it be worth it. This is just messed up. I advise you to check other dealerships. Some actually do treat you like family and have nice perks. And your car comes back running. Which is what I...
