Terrible is the only work to describe our stay. HVAC System was very loud to a point we had to turn it off multiple times during the night so that we could sleep. Stayed there for three nights. On a second day and a third day, we requested room service and reception to make our rooms which wasn't addressed. To make things worst, their breakfast staff and service were beyond terrible. Two days in a row we were informed they didn't have milk. And both days we were informed oh sorry, our truck hasn't arrived. Are you kidding me??? There is a store right next to the hotel. Why can't you get milk from there for your guests? Would you accept if guests told you please give us discount for this horrendous service and lack of empathy? I feel for the breakfast server as she had a hard time from all guests due to breakfast issues. That said, staff at this hotel definitely needs to go back to the hospitality training and basics of customer service. We were traveling with kids and i would never recommend this place to anyone with family. *Only shining light of our stay was Elizabeth from front desk who helped us with check in* Thank you .

Positives: comfortable beds, clean bedding, good location, pet friendly. Areas of Needed Improvement: dirty walls in bathroom, white residue of some sort under table (see picture), wall not repaired after shower rod replaced. If they are vacuuming, how was all this white residue missed? No room service in 3 nights and 3 days. We did not get room service of removing trash and supplying new towels. When we inquired, we were told "every other day." The next day, still no room service. Inquired again and was told there is none because of COVID. We saw no signs indicating this and were not told when we checked in. Elevator was very noisy and sounded like it was going to break down (but it did not). Room had poor lighting. Upon leaving, we needed a luggage cart. They had only one and said they didn't know where it was because it was borrowed and not returned. No offer of an alternate solution. Hopefully post COVID, if not before, things will improve at this hotel. It's a good location.

I stayed at the hotel back in 2022 and had no issues. When I was planning this years vacation, I thought this would be the perfect place to spend the night before continuing on with our travel plans. First thing I noticed was that they are now charging a $10/day to park in their parking lot (which seems absolutely insane to me because we drove in from out of state so we didn’t have a choice). When we got in the room we turned down the air and immediately noticed that it was making a loud noise. Then, we went to place some drinks in the mini fridge only to notice that there were moldy food containers still in the fridge. Who knows how long those were there for. Next, I went to get into my bed and noticed that the top blanket had stains on it. The next morning while showering, I noticed that there was used bar of soap left in the shower. Overall, I was definitely disappointed with our stay. The hotel seems to have gone down hill since I stayed there last.

Edit to add: I will be reporting this business to the BBB and reporting multiple charges as fraudulent to my bank. Do NOT stay here. Billing errors have been a nightmare. I was told I would receive a refund for half our total payment for the stay. I received this refund, then it was withdrawn from my bank account days later. I called the hotel to address this, the front desk receptionist was extremely vague about why this occured, stating the refund was "reversed," and said I would once again be credited the money I'm owed within a few days. Refund was then pending in my account for a second time; then withdrawn once again the following day. Completely unacceptable. I'm currently waiting on a phone call from a "regional manager" to address this issue after receiving another vague, nonsensical response from the front desk this morning. At this point, I will be contacting corporate in whatever capacity I can as soon as possible to demand a FULL refund, and to remove my banking information from wherever it is stored. I have spent upwards of an hour on the phone trying to make this right. Also, notably, the initial charge for our stay was inaccurate — this discrepancy was credited to my account shortly afterward, but this continued pattern of billing issues is worrisome at best. To make matters worse, the second refund had not yet reflected in my account when that same amount was withdrawn for a second time, meaning as of now I have actually paid MORE for my stay than the original total. Totally ridiculous. I've never had to write a review like this before. Why is my bank account being accessed without my knowledge or permission, repeatedly, for weeks after our stay? Original post follows.

I would give zero stars if I could. This hotel was extremely dirty. Our room was not clean at all. Every surface was sticky; the bathroom (tub, floor, sink) was slimy all over. Towels were stained and had hair everywhere. There were 2 disposable coffee cups full of cigarette ash sitting by our ice bucket. Paid for parking and did not receive any sort of parking pass - staff simply said "oh we ran out, but you're good." Would not recommend and will not be staying with this hotel chain again. I'm honestly shocked at how good some reviews for this place are online and I have to assume they're bots. Do yourself a favor and do...

I dont know how this hotel was rated at 4.3 stars but I'm assuming most of those reviews came from people who only stayed 1 to 2 nights and really didn't get to see the whole picture. Me and the family stayed for 6 nights and can honestly say, the hotel operations and majority of the staff have a nonchalant attitude laced with lazy and shady judgement decisions/procedures to include the manager. I sat one afternoon in the waiting area reading the newspaper and every customer interaction was either not resolved or they were given an excuse. If I was to label that staff, I would call them outstanding customer service obstructionists with the WIIFM (what's In it for me), sub-minimal attitude/demeanor and I dont know solutionist. Case in point, dryer takes money and doesn't work and was told by one staff member they couldnt do nothing because they didn't have a maintenance guy (obstructinist example) and then we found the manager and she opened the coin collector box and gave us are money back; Someone smoked in their room and a few hours later none of the cleaning staff sprayed to kill the smell (WIIFM attitude)so we bought some air fresheners; the fire detector low battery chime starts to chirp and informed the desk and nothing happened (sub-minimal work demeanor); hung do not disturb sign for 3 days to give cleaning ladies a break and called front desk in the morning to get service on the 4th morning, took off do not disturb sign off the door and came back 5 hrs later to find the do not disturb sign hanging back on door with no service done (poor lazy work ethic); once we did get someone to clean the room, they didn't even change the sheets and no, there was no personal belongings on the bed but was told by the cleaning lady that they accept tips for cleaning. Who's going to tip a cleaner when they didn't do there job correctly and was asked only once to come clean the room in 6 days? With regards to room cleanliness, I spilled some water on the carpet and got a towel to dry it up and let me tell you, their carpet was so dirty my hand print was on the towel. Needless to say, I was no not walking barefooted in that...

Just say NO! An additional $200 hold was placed on my credit card at check in for damages and incidentals. They requested I sign multiple forms and agreements at check in. One form was literally blank along the left half of the page. They explained the copy machine wasn't working but still asked that I sign. I should have realized that when I was told to just come back down if the access card didn't work there would be problems (multiple problems) with access to the room. I returned later in the evening (8:30) to find about a half dozen people at the front desk...because their access cards weren't working. The woman at the desk still found time to tell me I couldn't bring the balloon bouquet from an off-site birthday celebration back to my room because I "signed an agreement." When I went back up to my room, of course the card key didn't work (again) and the entire floor reeked of weed. Whatever was going on, it was way more than a couple of joints. At 10:30 p.m. someone banged on my door. I asked who it was and he said he was from housekeeping. I asked, "In the middle of the night?" and he just walked away and started knocking on other doors. I tried to call the front desk to verify he was an employee but no one picked up. The bedskirts had dark stains and stains from bleach. There were 2 bath towels for four guests, and the bed had a top sheet and what looked like an empty duvet cover; basically a second top sheet. No comforter, blanket, spread, just two layers of sheets. Paint was chipping on the bathroom wall where there seemed to be multiple attempts to repair the shower rod. A dark substance (?) was on the shower wall, and between that and the towels I thought it was best to skip the shower and checked out...
