Red Fire American Grill — Restaurant in Tinicum Township

Asked for water to start with and then ordered. Never was offered another drink upon ordering. I ordered the turkey burger. The turkey seemed a bit overcooked since it was not tender to bite through. There was no sauce on the sandwich so I asked for a small portion of BBQ sauce. I received a 4 oz. serving which was way too much. The tomatoes on the sandwich were razor thin. A typical slice should be 1/4". Had to ask for more ketchup since I only received a 2 oz. portion with a large portion of fries. Waitress never checked on me unless I waived her down. When the ketchup was brought out, I was given a 4 oz. serving which was a waste since I didn't have many fries left. If I had received that from the start, i wouldn't have needed that size at the end. Finally had to ask for a Coke since she never offered a beverage besides the water I asked to start with. I was finished for a while before she came back to ask if I wanted anything else. I asked for my check. It came and then told that the credit card machine was down and either had to pay cash or add to my room charges. This was odd, but had them add to my hotel bill. NOT BUS FRIENDLY! Rude staff and shuttle drivers who think they are better than others . Was in town for the rugby championship, every morning I would pull up to the front door load my group and leave on the last day at 8:47 am loading luggage scheduled to depart at 9am One of the shuttle drivers come screaming at me to move my bus my bus was out-of-the-way other cars and school buses were able to fit beside me , this driver then proceeded to tell me the flight attendants have higher priorities over us regular people.. no no everyone is equal nobody is better ! After explaining to the shuttle driver that we’re fixing to leave that was not good enough he goes inside and grabs another employee who then comes charging with attitude after repeatedly telling them we’re leaving at 9 o’clock this employee now goes inside harassing every group asking who the group leader is for my bus to have my forcefully move it . Find a tow truck big enough to tow me cause I ain’t moving . I will never stay at this...

I had an absolutely horrible experience here and I’m literally traumatized from it lol. When we got there there was only one waitress and she was working as the hostess, bartender, and waitress for all people in the restaurant. There was a sign that did say they were short-staffed so we completely understood. When we got our food, it was extremely obvious nothing went into making it. The nachos literally had cheese whiz on them (the cheese that you squirt out of a bottle) and it was horrible. I got the shrimp scampi and it SEEMED okay (it was not good by any means) and I ended up getting food poisoning less than 6 hours later. I was puking (and other things) from 4 am to 10 pm and had to miss two flights because of it. I had to extend my stay at the hotel because I literally could not move from how badly my body ached.
