Mattress Firm Roanoke Rapids — Hotel in Roanoke Rapids

Recently purchased a new queen size mattress and found the experience to be really hassle free. No pressure just information provided. The process was quick and I had my new mattress delivered in a timely manner.

With in a week or so I received an email from Mattress Firm informing me I would have a $50 on-line credit or $100 in-store credit to use over a 2 week or so period.

Just so happened I discovered the existing box spring (5") I was using raised the bed too high for my liking. I was able to purchase a 2" Bunkie Board with my in-store credit and had about $20 credit left. I needed it delivered 35 miles away and the old box spring taken. That additional cost would have surpassed my $100 credit limit by quite a bit.

To my surprise and appreciation they adjusted the billing so it came to $99 and some cents which put me out the door having to pay nothing. Within days I had my new piece and the bed is now the perfect height. I couldn't have asked to work with better people on...

Would definitely give NO stars if that were an option. I ordered a "NEW" Tempurpedic mattress with adjustable base but when it was delivered the base was broken and it was the wrong model. The delivery guys barely spoke English and told me they didn't know what to do about it. Got the run around at the store about redelivery of the correct nonbroken base on a day and time that was convenient for me since it was their mess up in the first place, I ended up having to contact the district manager myself. The second base they delivered was also the wrong model. The store and district manager assured us that if we gave them 1 more chance to make it right the manager at the warehouse ( wherever that is) would personally make sure the right one would be delivered undamaged. The THIRD delivery was the correct model but the entire corner was ripped off! The staff at the store were very rude when we contacted them the third time...

It was a pleasure to work with Anthony. I went in to purchase a bed frame for mom. Although we arrived close to closing, he took the time to search for exactly what we were looking for as the frame in the store did not come in the size we needed upon finding it online he directed me as to what to do and I was able to purchase it online via a chat with Micheal (whom I was very pleased with as well). As a result of Anthony’s patience and customer service skills, I purchased a mattress and box spring.
