Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Roanoke Rapids

My longtime, dear friend and I stopped in this Pizza Hut on Tuesday evening and was enjoying the most delicious 3 topping pepperoni & extra cheese pizza.😋 Unfortunately- due to my friends' exhaustion and dehydrated state , he experienced a serious weakness that required immediate medical attention.

The team that was on duty at the time was the most professional * considerate * caring & loving ❤️ team that 👏 we were blessed to have.

I truly want to extend a sincere & heartfelt thank you to the floor supervisor and her team members ❤️ who without a doubt , provided my friend & I nothing short of pure "Excellence."

And the excellence didn't end there. The manager (John) called a day later to check to see if we were okay. A wonderful & kind gentleman ❤️. It's just an entire establishment filled with top-notch * caring people!

We will always remember & appreciate what you did for us. Always...😌

Have had the pan pizza from the new location, and it was pretty good. The lady at the drive up window is polite. Today, I had the tavern style. All it is, is a thin and crispy. It was NOT GOOD! It was burned. All I could choke down, was the middle. The edges were so burned, and hard, I couldn't eat it. Ordered extra sauce, that didn't happen. I showed it to the manager and he said he could make a new one, but it would look the same. No use in arguing that. So, DON'T ORDER tavern style. And the staff inside...

As a doordasher, I frequent all the local restaurants, and I can say that this restaurant for the most part has their stuff together. I mean, there are some kids. They need to take it more seriously. But the general manager definitely has enough staff.
