I had the most professional and courteous experience yesterday at your store in Roanoke Rapids. I was on the look for specific necklace and Tear’ was there to help in a very efficient and professional manner. When I got home I told my husband to shop Kay’s in Roanoke Rapids from now on with Tear’. I will tell all my friends and family just how wonderful, helpful and professional she was. She took her time, and listened to my wants/specifics I was looking for! How awesome is that! No one these days to lik to even take the time out to listen, typically when you go out most people are trying to rush you, and try and get every dime out of you, but Tear’, she was looking for the best sales and promotions while as well getting me set for my new diamonds!...

Stay as far away as you can! I've never had such terrible customer service. My husband and I purchased a new wrap to go with my engagement ring while we were on vacation, but decided to have it resized at this location because it was closer to us and we didn't want to wait so long. When I dropped it off, the guy had no personality and wasnt helpful at all. We then waited almost 3 weeks and when i called i was informed that my ring was still not sized right so they had to send it back. Over a week later and I call again finding out that now one of the stones is loose and will need to be sent back a THIRD TIME! The representative was very rude and arrogant.
