This is for the location on 402 South Weber Road!!! Everything was all over the place and ran out. Order and money took fast and the outcome no food. The general manager and regular manager which was both females (Becky’s) was very rude ,disrespectful , nonchalant, and most of all very sickening to me very argumentative with me once I politely requested for my money back due to them not having over half of my order. This is by far the worst location I ever been to and it’s sad because they just opened a month ago and it’s going down sadly. Before I got to the windows the cars in front of me where driving off before they got their orders and now I understand why. Worst customer service long line wait to be then disappointed with your order not being available once at the window and being argued down for requesting money back. Never will return; I’m good luv!!! When it comes to dealing with the public and their nasty attitudes and argumentative ways they should take trainings and be careful especially with all these mass shootings that are accruing. Read moreI hate this Popeyes. Like legit hate. It is ran by kids who could scare less about customer service. I ordered the two can dine meal. I asked for mild with both my sides as fries. I waited for what seemed like forever behind two cars before getting to the window. When I pull up to the window the kid asked me if the meal I ordered was the two can dine and I confirmed. He took my card for payment and then proceeded to tell me they only have white meat and if that was ok. I was annoyed but in the time I waited I said it was fine. As I waited for my meal the kid turns to his co-workers and was very loud and obnoxious talking about personal business. He steeped away from the window and did not return my card, proceeding to talk to the other workers inside. He finally returned with my card and I continued to wait for food. I was thanked when I did finally get my food. I left. Get home and my of 5 pieces of chicken is only 4 and all breasts. Last I checked wings were considered light/white meat and I didn’t get one. Read moreI placed an order online, and after being informed that they were out of bone-in wings—a key part of my order—I requested a partial refund. They told me this had to be handled online, but the online system wouldn't allow me to make any changes since it's all automated. As a result, I was forced to accept the order with boneless wings, which I did not want. Neither the in-store manager nor the online service provided any assistance. It's very disappointing that such a simple request as a partial refund couldn’t be accommodated. The manager even refused to come to the front to speak with me, instead sending an employee to tell me it could only be done online.
