This is the WORST PLACE EVER! I booked a room there the day before Sweetest day. I gave my card information over the phone to the women. On the day of Sweetest day they called me and said they’re canceling my reservation because they don’t have a card on file and the hotel is booked. Okay it’s nothing to find another hotel but the point I stretched was who TF did I give my card information to over the phone if it’s not on file. They couldn’t tell me then at first the last that called said she was the one who book the appointment then when I said it’s your fault, she turned around and said it wasn’t her and wasn’t no women working around the time I called and I didn’t book an reservation. I asked her how didn’t I book a reservation and you calling me now? All she did was stumble over her words and lie so I asked her to transfer me to the manger. He was a the WORST and needs to be fired. He got a smart mouth and wasn’t understanding where I was coming from. Wasn’t trying to get to the bottom of who took my card information. And hung up in my face twice. He didn’t not handle the situation as a manger should. I’m a manger at my job and get plenty of angry customers but I would NEVER talk to a customer that way or hang up in their face. So I called back and the lady who called me answered again and I asked her who is her manager manager and she said he don’t have one. Lol I asked so he hired himself? She stumbled again and I asked do he own the hotel? She said yes he own the hotel. Lol They are all liars there! Read more7 months pregnant horrible experience..Room was 331. Horrible service. On Feb. 24 I made reservations for this hotel..It was a busy time for all hotels due to the ice storm here in Michigan. Warren was booked so I was referred to this hotel. Issue 1. I was told they have on 3rs floor available. Not true as customer with no children was placed on the first floor. Issue 2. the heater was stuck open. no Heat at all only cold air and the window was cracked...the TV was malfunctioning could watch at all. Told to wait an hour for maintenance. Guy comes in and says.. Nothing I can do..but put in a work order for tomorrow! Issue 3. check out is tomorrow...so I checked out after only 2 hours..9:06pm to 11:06 pm. told I would have refund soon to call back sat. I called to speak to manager ( Holly) told to call back every hour all day..same on Sunday..same on Monday! Tues same..but was told Holly doesn't work at all on the weekends..I was lies to. Spoke to guy who put phone down..spoke to female whom I thought would rectify situation..she would give me her name and scolded me for saying I'll call corporate..she told me the guy who lied about Holly did nothing wrong as this is how they buy time.

Whole hotel is filthy, claim non smoking but all you smell is weed throughout the hall. I have several pictures I took of the 4 different rooms I was showed, floors clearly unswept and not mopped. Dirty bathrooms and stained towels and bedding. Their rooms are disgusting! AND THEY ARE SCAMMERS. No way I would stay in their trifling establishment and after complaining and asking for a refund. I was told by the African guy at the front desk the Manager Ghana was not there and he had no authorization to refund anything. I gave the key back. I just called and spoke with the manager she advised me she doesn't answer nor reach back out to expedia so how on earth would this be resolved if the "manager" doesn't even communicate and further more! They are trying to scam and hold my deposit saying someone stayed in the room yet that key was returned immediately before I was showed 3 other rooms that I declined and left. So whoever got the key to the room they claiming was used got the key from their own trifling staff and that has nothing to do with me.
