U.S. Ice Corporation — Local services in Detroit

I have a business in Warren area, and asked them many times to clean and rotate the ice bags inside the freezer for weeks so they don’t get stuck, but never did it and didn’t care, called last time 2-3 weeks ago for some ice and to rotate again, and the drivers did the worst thing, they filled up the cooler all the way and blocked the air flow, so the cooler stopped freezing and everything melted and the bottom half was a big piece of an ice block, asked many times to clear it and fix their issue, but they did nothing, the managers Ray/Raymon did not care, and when asked to speak to the owner Wally, they said that he says ‘he refuses to do anything now’, asked them to cancel the account and pick up their cooler, but no one showed up for over a week to pick it up, and they keep sending drivers to fill up the ice many times after that. Even their employees are not happy about the way that company run business and they keep leaving the work. That company is not recommended to any business especially the 8 mile location. We’ve been without ice or a solution for over 2 weeks and lost a lot of money and customers because of them and because they don’t care about...

I was thoroughly disappointed with my visit to U.S. Ice Corporation. I drove aways to get there before they closed. Google said it closed at 5pm. I got there 15 minutes to and it was closed. I entered a opened personnel door looking for a person to direct me as to why it was closed and the man was rude to me. It was hard to understand it's parking structure. I wasted my gas. And still did not get my ice. There was no dry ice available. And this was it's specific feature that made me go. Complicated...

Went to the US ice company on 8 mile 7/3/2023 to get a 20ib bag of ice. was told that i had to buy 5 bags . You can not buy 1 bag anymore. or 2 you have to buy 5 bags. What household can hold 5 -20lb bags of ice. I can only hold 2 bags. they do not want household people's coming to the store to buy single bags anymore. and the price has went up to 4 dollars. i recommend you not to shop at this store. i give this store a -10...
