This is my second time using their service. So far so good, the first tme I used I was charge for gas as I forgot to return it with a full tank although I can't remember how high the charge was couldn't complain. They were very clear, detail and informative with their rules and regulations. I'm happy with their service and they only charge you for what you need. They didn't push me for extra services and made the process very easy. When I questioned that it seems to good to be true, and didn't want any surprises they replied "the owner makes it easy as he was once a consumer and saw how difficult and confusing it was. His experience allow to create a company which would provide a good service". The van I rented this time did not measure up to what I expected and received the first time. The tires caused the vehicle to vibrate, which caused safety concerns; the vehicle leaked when it rained; the windshield wipers needed to be replaced, and did not provide a clear view when it rained; and the vehicle interior was not in good repair. To be very honest, I would expect a refund of some of the money paid due to the anxiety that was caused, especially due the vibration and the lack of visibility in the rain and we had a lot of rain. As a matter of fact, we stopped at an Auto Store to replace the wipers, but they did not have replacements.
