If you have read any of my reviews then you would know that I am a stickler for customer service. I have come into this location I would say 10+ times now and every single time I have come in here I have never been greeted walking in. Today was the last straw! I walk in with four employees working, and no one even looked up to say hi. The young lady came to the front still with the somber look on your face and took my order. I mentioned to her that no one even said hi. No one said good morning and her response was that everyone is probably still sleepy. I’m sorry, young lady that that’s not excuse once you clock in you are now an employee of Starbucks, and one of their main things that set them apart from most businesses was the great customer service that you would get. This is becoming far from the truth. Now I would much rather go to a Dutch brothers and wait in line 45 minutes and get a coffee just so I can get better customer service than walking into Starbucks and not even getting greeted in...
Read moreWent there to write a bit. Was frustrated all open tables were disguising, so I had to clean myself before I could use. Ordered simple drip coffee, egg bites and an ice water. Waited 10 min before someone asked what I was waiting on. Told them and they got me my egg bites. Then waited for another 10 minutes my coffee until someone asked me again, where I had to remind them I’m still waiting on my drip coffee and water. They then hurriedly made my drip coffee, and I told them I’m still waiting on my water and the barista said someone else makes the water and it will be coming out soon. So I waited again and nothing. So instead of writing a bit as I enjoyed my purchase, I left frustrated, which has become a common occurrence at Starbucks. There were like 4 people in store besides me, and clearly all efforts were going into mobile orders and drive thru, not those in store. I’m a long time customer but there are many options for coffee, and this is the last straw for me as a customer. Waste of my...
Read moreMy first visit to this place and I was pretty excited as I live in the neighborhood directly behind this place and have been watching like an eagle when they’ll open up. I came in during a slow Wednesday afternoon. I was the only person in line but the drive thru was pretty packed. I was disappointed that the person who ordered 1 drink after me got their drink first (I only ordered a green ice tea), which I imagine doesn’t take long to make, come on! But the many baristas (5 baristas were working) were prioritizing the drinks in drive through and somehow, the person who ordered a ice coffee AFTER of me.
Needless to say, I was disappointed how I had to wait almost 5 minutes for an iced green tea while they prioritized drive through orders and the person who ordered after me. Looks like they still got kinks to work out. Nice ambiance, clean lobby, but the customer service was eh and needs works. Also parking was pretty tight for how empty...
