My husband and I were at this wonderful beach house, The SeaBreeze, in late Sept. It's clean, has everything you would need, and beautifully updated. Its location to the beach and main street can't be beat. However, what I really want to write about is the owner of this home. We were in beautiful Pass-a-Grille when Hurricane Helene hit. Our owner was in constant touch with us, updating us on the storm, then the day prior, she moved us into St. Petersburg to ride out the storm. (It was another of her properties). Again, in constant contact. When we called or texted, she answered. I can't express how far above and beyond she went for us. I will rent a property from her anytime, anywhere. She was OUTSTANDING in every way. We couldn't have done it without her guidance. Her properties are wonderful, Lisa is even better. This is a beautiful area that will recover in time. When it does, rent a house in PAG, and if you can rent The SeaBreeze, The SeaSpray or The SeaParadise from Lisa. She's a great human being. We're...
Read moreMy fiancé were lucky enough to spend five days at this little piece of paradise. We literally got married right on the beach. The location was perfect for us because it was literally less than a block away from the beach.
Pros: close to beach and Shaner’s food market which had great pizza sandwiches and basic necessities. Also walking distance to a few good restaurants.
Air conditioner worked great. Good hot shower. Quiet neighbors( at least on our stay) Small porch to relax on. Freebee shuttle available locally just download the app.
Cons: Wouldn’t recommend if you’re handicapped or can’t handle stairs. Small space (especially the bathroom) so if you’re a bigger person it could be a problem. Beach is close but if you wanna be in the center of the action such as Paradise Grille or 8th avenue it’s a little bit of a walk.
As many others have mentioned, very important to me, the communication with Lisa our host was very responsive and much appreciated. Nothing worse than getting a reply...
Read moreNormally we stay at Sand Pearl but arrived to PAG a day early due to being rerouted as a result of Hurricane Florence. Lisa was gracious enough to put us in SeaBreeze overnight. From the minute we walked up the steps-we felt right at home. Lisa pays attention to details that please us. As you walk up the stairs, there are solar lights that illuminate the way. We had a private area on the ground floor to enjoy our morning coffee. The kitchen is completely set up to enjoy a day or a week and includes every amenity such as real dishes, a coffee pot with coffee and creamer. There is a microwave, nice stove if you need to bake something and all the pots and pans you will need for your stay. I loved the diffuser on the counter that had an uplifting orange oil permeating in the air. The bathrooms on all Lisa's properties are beautiful. There is a notebook that contains helpful hints for the area. We enjoyed our stay at SeaBreeze and will certainly consider staying there again...
