ABSOLUTELY STUNNING! Wish I could just rent it annually. It was a very large, beautiful styled, queen beds, (2) two chairs in front of the beds with tv in front of chairs. Kitchenette. Trayed ceiling. Huge restroom with closet. Again wish I could rent it annually. It was well aquainted. There was a misunderstanding on the dates. The mister got very upset. Myself I'm like a duck in water as accidents happen and just know where to go next time. (After affirming dates so don't have to leave in the middle). Just be stew to do that. Other than that you will be absolutely delighted from the huge pool, to the grills, Beach across the street, hotel with a nice restaurant and a outdoor seating place that you can get to from the beach (from outside) friendly people and most importantly you don't hear the housekeepers banging on the doors with rolling carts behind them screaming housekeeping, housekeeping, as you do at other places. I was never do happy to walk into a more as I was here. More than I could've...
Read moreWe had an amazing time. We were upgraded a bigger room bc they needed to fix the AC in ours. It seemed to be the perfect vacation. I checked for bed bugs in the first room but the second sis not bc we were leaving to go on a dolphin cruise. Anyway, we were on our way home, stopped at five guys.. I looked over at my son and my eye caught. A little brown bed bug!!! I was shocked! I quickly grabbed the pillow and closes him in. Held the pillow outside my window. My husband came out and we called the lady at the camelot. She said they'd check. They say they found nothing. We didn't go anywhere else and It definitely came from the. It was a pain in the you know what! We had to stop after a 14 hour drive and do all our laundry and steam EVERYTHING! THEY SITLL WOULDN'T ADMIT IT. It's a shame bc we had the greatest time! I feel they should have done something. We 💯 didn't being the bugs! Yuck! This...
Read moreI spent a wonderful week in St Pete Beach the 2nd week of July. The Camelot is in a perfect location for relaxation--located across the street from the beach and only a few blocks south to great restaurants on 9th and 10th Streets and a couple of blocks north, quiet streets and alleys provide an opportunity to anyone with a bicycle to see awesome homes from quaint carriage houses to beautiful old and new mansions.
The condo itself was clean with practically new furniture and a very comfortable king bed and each unit had a gulf view. While I personally didn't take advantage of the pool, it looked ideal--lots of room for lounge chairs and plenty of shade available. The staff was very friendly and accommodating--Carol and Tammy had great suggestions as well as solutions. I hope to return and highly recommend Camelot by the Sea to anyone who seeks a laid-back, relaxing vacation on a...
