PassaGrille Marina
I recently had the pleasure of using PassaGrille Marina, and I can't recommend it highly enough. The team here is truly on top of their game. The forklift driver is incredibly careful and treats every boat with the utmost respect—much more so than I've seen with other drivers around Florida.
The front desk staff is straightforward and knowledgeable, providing clear answers to all my questions. This operation is clean and professional, far from the chaotic vibe you might find at other storage facilities. The small team of 3 to 5 people communicates seamlessly, ensuring that everyone is on the same page at all times.
The docks are well-maintained, and they even keep them free of bird droppings! The boats in the area are clean and well-cared for, and the maintenance staff clearly knows their stuff. If it takes a little longer to get something done, it's because they're committed to doing it right.
Safety is a top priority here; I feel confident that my boat is secure and won't be at risk of theft. Plus, there are food options on both sides of the marina, making it convenient for a quick bite.
If you're considering a place to keep your boat, look no further than PassaGrille Marina. It’s a fantastic choice! And don’t forget to tip the forklift driver—he works...
Read moreI have had a number of age related issues with my 13 year old Grady White. The team at Pass-A-Grille Marina has been nothing less than exceptional in fixing my boat/engines. Grady White makes a fantastic boat and the Yamaha F250's are great...but everything is complicated. The team there is great a diagnosing and fixing issues. I had a minor problem with an oil leak after my 100 hour service, accidentally caused by them. I called Al, the owner, to tell him about the problem and he and his team jumped all over it solved it without hesitation. I am in the automotive repair business and there are always unexpected problems that happen (inadvertently caused by my teams)...The key is how we respond to them. Their technicians were awesome. I happily spent over $7K with them and will only bring my boat there. I trust them and can highly...
Read moreTook my boat w/ 2009 Yamaha 150 to get an intermittent starting issue fixed here three separate times, totaling over 2k in new parts/hours of service fees/haul out charges/taxes. They never fixed it. I finally had some free time and did it myself for $80 in less than 45 min. It was a very straight forward Starter Relay going bad issue. They claim to be a Yamaha 5 Star repair facility, but they certainly don't seem qualified for that rating based on my experience.
They may have a good marina (I can't speak to that), but I can't recommend their...
