We dealt with Jessica at the mall on Center and Lancaster in Salem. She bent over backward to make sure we were well informed and suggested we shop around which we did. We came back and bought from her. We were looking for a Nectar boxed mattress and she looked up who in town carried them and we went and looked at them. We were not impressed. We ended up purchasing a Sealy and she got us the best terms and length and payments were affordable and 0% interest. Greatly appreciated! We will and have refered friends who are in the market for a new bed. Very pleased with Jessica and Mattress Firm.
That was before the delivery process. Mattress Firm's warehouse has dropped the ball repeatedly. The promised call and delivery did not happen. They (the warehouse) said the mattress was back ordered and not in stock. So the delivery was rescheduled for this Friday. Jessica was told that it was in stock so what happened from the time she was told and time for delivery. Did they sell it out from under us and then lie about it or did they lie to Jessica. Either way they did not hold up their end of the contract. I an awaiting the robocall to state the delivery window for tomorrow. I am not going to hold my breath. I am very upset with the delivery process. We have to drop everything and wait with baited breath for them to get it together. If they do not come through this time I am looking to get legal representation and sue them for breach of contract. We want the bed and mattress but if they are going to jerk...
Read moreI have had nothing but problems with Mattress firm I bought my bed 3 weeks ago and still haven't gotten it they lied to me about the pillows being in stock apparently they were on back order which Tamara told me and the delivery drivers scared my daughter now I am being told that I have to go to the store and pick it up I have called corporate 3 times and filed a complaint on this individual and now she's been messaging me with harassing messages that I have saved on my phone. I want my bed that I paid for over 3 weeks ago and this location needs to be retrained on honesty and customer service skills. Tamara says that my pillows were in stock but that's not true I had the keizer location look up my order yesterday and they told me that my pillows were on back order and they wouldn't be coming in until this Friday the 6th. I will come in and get my bed Friday as long as my pillows r there and I will not be communicating with Tamara she's not been honest since the beginning she just wanted to make a sale. Regarding the delivery drivers they pulled up to my house late past the delivery time and only one of the 2 drivers that came came up to my door covered in tattoos and walked up aggressively like they were in a bad mood they didn't come ready to work. That's how you know you've had a great salesman. Declan was knowledgeable and courteous. I didn't know what I wanted so he helped me make an informed decision. He was flipping mattresses for me to try left and right. He even went under a bed to grab my sunglasses that had fallen off my head while trying a bed out. He was funny, witty, and informed. Coming from North Dakota he helped me make an informed purchase based on the weather differences. I didn't even think of the difference in moisture. He explained everything thoroughly and thoughtfully with my needs in mind. Including calling other warehouses in the area to check on availability of products.
