Nordstrom Rack — Local services in Salem

I worked for the Salem Nordstrom years ago and called the Nordstrom Rack to help my oldest and dearest friend Donna who is 90 who needed that Nordstrom care that we all were apart of back in the day. Let me tell you, Suzie who is the store manager and Victoria EXCEEDED all of my basic requests. They made my dear friends experience at the Nordstrom Rack unbelievable! I am forever grateful and indebted to them for their kindness, their expertise and care of her in my absence miles away. The store manager Suzie went out of her way to purchase flowers for my friend. Who does that anymore!!?? I was very impressed by Nordstrom Rack’s customer service. As I was entering the dressing room area, a very friendly sales girl asked me if I found everything I was looking for. When I mentioned I was looking for a particular item I did not see, this nice girl said she would go look while I was trying on other things. She proceeded to go get the items and brought them to my dressing room. This might not seem like much, but I find this to be the exception to the rule these days. I’m a huge Nordstrom gal and I’m so happy to have them back in Salem. I’m happy to not have to drive up to Washington Square.
